Ive spent three months in chiang mai and am so fortunate to be in such a lovely, welcoming guesthouse. My room is excellent and has tastier furniture, there is id like to have stayed here for three more months. There is also tenacious space with views of the doi shit mountains on the terrace, which may use some improvement. Nice and friendly staff. Simple but definitely has an atmosphere of home.

I will definitely stay again if im in the area. They were very accommodating and made checking in very easy by working around my late arrival due to flight delays. The room comes with many features, especially for the price, well worth it.

I have no complaints about the room. Very nice. I chose this particular accommodation because the pictures show a nice roof terrace with some comfortable beds. Perfect for relaxing. So it was disappointing that it wasnt open. If i knew that, if ive known, to be honest, would have chosen something more closer to the center.

Saya tidak mengalami ketidaknyamanan apapun selama satu bulan saya menginap. Kamarnya bersih dan terawat dengan baik dan merupakan nilai terbaik untuk uang. Saya ingin tinggal satu bulan lagi tetapi saya tidak dapat memperpanjangnya karena tanggalnya sudah penuh dipesan. Staf juga memiliki suasana yang hidup dan cerah.

This place is a 5 out of 5. The room is very nice and has 2 separate balconies. The location is great, with local restaurants and taverns nearby. Very slow wifi and noisy at 6 am. I think it was the washing machine.

The guesthouse could use some love and care, not to mention some designated parking spaces as it was always a roll of the dice if there was one available when we returned in our car. It is located in san francisco area, close to the nw corner of moat, irm, local hospital, and the super highway. In the end, the price made it ot favourable.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and beautiful, and the entire space and common areas are really nice! Great view from the rooftop and lots of delicious street food nearby. A short walk to many temples and in the heart of the old city it is such a lively area! We will definitely be back!.

Ban kong rao guesthouse was the ideal location for my 2.5 weeks in chiang mai. The room was spacious and wellkept, as was its bathroom, and all of the amenities were exactly as promised in the posting. With two excellent cafes directly across the street (bulov and bookthief) and food stalls that went up every night down the main street just a minutes walk away, the location is ideal. There is also nascent if you want to run water or snacks, there is tavern 711, plus there are many good restaurants within ten minutes walking distance. Another huge advantage was that i could get laundry done whenever ive needed it through the staff at the guest house, which was promptly returned the same day, folded, bagged, for only u$20. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard, so unless you like softer mattresses, you might want ask recommened hygienic mattresses or find plyo mattresses. Id gladly return here, but ill never stay here again.

I spent five weeks here studying massage. Itm is in an ideal location and reasonably priced, especially if you plan to stay long term. The rooms are excellent, and i didnt have to pay anything extra for cleaning, electricity, or water because everything was included. Although the beds are a little firm, that wouldnt be my only complaint. All of the staff members are courteous and helpful. I would suggest staying here, but it is not for those looking for some peace and quiet because its right in town and very busy all night. Overall, ive had hor dreadful experience. Renting rented motorcycles was simple and hasslefree.

This accommodation has a beautiful balcony. I stayed here for six weeks while studying at itm and felt at home. The staff is very friendly, so dont hesitate to ask if you need anything. Maybe the rooftop needs some updating, but the rest is clean.

The guesthouse boasts a delightful location, friendly staff, and incredibly pleasant staff. Additionally, they offer complimentary use of the firstfloor electric kettle and microwave. Its also ideally situated for enjoying an icecold Chang beer on the tiny balcony, perfect for relaxing and listening to bebop.

The location is beautiful, very poetic. I like the atmosphere by night and so quiet. But i was afraid of noisy experiences because ive got a good sleep after my flights. No problem, if ill have slumber, then he can have nice quiet nights. At the end, im talking to the lady. Very lovely smiling girl who acts like she knows you since eve been here.

A very nice, spacious room outside the old town. Ac, fridge, and electric kettle. The deck on the third floor is quite unattended, meaning it has seen better days and seems they dont care too much about it. We still had a nice breakfast and dinner above, with the benefit of being alone. Our room was close to sth or similar water pumps that were noisy all day and night. I would still book again.

Ban khong rao guesthouse provided an incredible experience. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the atmosphere exuded warmth. I thoroughly enjoyed the lush greenery, plants, sitting areas, creating a truly delightful atmosphere. Without limiting myself to my friends and family, i would definitely consider staying here again!.

My two weeks at the guesthouse were fantastic! The front desk and cleaning crew were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and porch were a great size and perfect for everything you could want or need. I will definitely be back!.

We had a great time overall with our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants close by in the evening, and the old town center is merely walked away. Although there were dozens of mosquitoes inside, the room was tidy and cozy. Theres tastier rooftop terrace with dazzling sunset views.

Clean and very central. The entryway was nice. There was a frog in squeezing pot at night just inside the door. Very cool. Coffee shop just down the road. Walking distance. Cool shops everywhere. Nightlife is good to hang out. Barley $10 per person there were 7 of us. Yes, good air conditioning.
