This location is unbeatable. The setting, tranquility, the staff, ollis the owner, and the adorable dogs all over the place are all excellent. You get to meet people from all around the world. If you adore nature, this location will undoubtedly appeal to you. Not one review adequately captures how stunning this area is. Ive been in Thailand for six months, but this place is something special.

The location is beautiful, a place to disconnect from the world, great staff who can arrange transportation and tours for you. Also good food at the place itself, and there are many options nearby. I highly recommended!.

We had never been to a more pleasant location than that one. We initially intended to stay for one night, but we ended up staying for three, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. The proprietor and the employee are incredibly helpful and friendly. Although the bungalows are lovely, the establishment also tries to be as ecofriendly as possible, for example, by using refillable water bottles and not cutting down the mangroves like the one next to the bananas, which unfortunately did. You can get nearly every meal in vested vegan or vegetarian versions at the restaurant, plus the prices are fair. That was adored by us! The only thing you might want to know is that there are two cats and five small dogs. They are friendly, so we really liked them, however, if you are afraid of dogs, you may find it uncomfortable because they frequently run around.

We will definitely return here. A lovely location with a very impressive view. The owner is more than friendly, hes charming and welcoming. We came with the family and enjoyed every moment here the sunset was also amazing. Thank you once again holy, im praying for you all the best.

This isnt for you if you expect a resort that caters to tourists and are in high maintenance. Very kind owner and staff! I heartily suggest this location! They are fantastic and will take care of you! Excellent amenities! We had fried rice soup for breakfast, which was delicious (im not sure the name of it, sorry! Kayaks are available for rent here, and you can use them to travel to the nearby islands. You will also get to know other travelers here! The bungalow we stayed in was in what we consider to be in decent shape. Our floor was made of tile. If you dont like living in bungalows with spaces where the roof and walls meet, avoid staying here. They do provide mosquito nets around the bed. There was also he hammock in front of our bungalow and several hammocks set up by the pier. Monkeys hang out by these bungalow so i might not stay there unless its not your thing. However, the monkeys wont bother you any!.

Bananas offers an exceptional experience, offering a serene and lovely atmosphere. It is the ideal spot to unwind after completing countless activities. The surrounding area exudes untouchedness, providing pristine surroundings. Excellent service is provided. This location is stunning and absolutely beautiful. Far from mass tourism or even tourists because there are no hotels in this area! Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Olli, the owner, is very nice, fluctuation is high - in the common area you can work and relax on your own or chat with other tourists. There is a answer to every question. The food is of very good quality and the staff are great! There are very well local restaurants in nearby areas that are slightly cheaper than the food in their own accommodation.

Amazing location, simple, serene, and with incredibly friendly people. There are many activities available from the bananas, which are inexpensive and enjoyable. Olli is amiable.

Bananas is the ideal location if youre seeking a quiet, downtoearth location away from the bustle of tourists. I spent four nights there alone and had utterly adored it! The traditional bamboo hut was cozy. Although i was hesitant to let it get too warm during the hot season, ive never had to use the fan at night. Please keep in mind that the restaurant is closed for spring 2022, but there are other excellent locations close by. Thank you, sir, and see you again next time!.

This place is a great place to stay. We stayed in one of the bamboo bungalows and it was incredibly enjoyable. The view from the dock is absolutely stunning, and the beaches and activities around thalane are definitely worth seeing. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, very friendly staff. Just remember that it is far from modern amenities and, in some ways, resembles camping, but its better. You will have fewer problems and have more fun here.

Wonderful location with a wonderful host. Beautiful views and charming, spotless bungalows. Our kids enjoyed seeing wildlife, monkeys, guinea pigs and other birds.

What a fantastic visit! Come here and do yourself resembling it. The location is simply lovely, with such vigor, people, and amenities. It is undoubtedly off the main road, but dont let that deter you. Youll be glad you did. Far from all the crowds and tourist attractions, you can just unwind and take in the scenery around you instead.

Where do i begin? This location is quite unique! The setting is lovely. In a mangrove forest with sand and pier where you can swim. Away from busy towns, it feels more authentic to be in the heart of thailand. The bungalows are charming and cozy. I also like the outdoor shower. How the establishment is run really sets it apart. Ollie, the proprietor, and his staff treat you like family. It has genuinely individualized atmosphere. Everyone just hangs out, converses, or plays games in this common area. Almost seems like an adult summer camp! Weve stayed here twice now, but we are certain that when we return to bananas again, we will stay here again.

The boardwalk out to the sand flats through the mangrove forests is impressive and quite unique, with great views of the mountains and the possibility for carefully timed long walks on the flat at low tide. We caught the sunset on a good day, easily the most impressive of this trip to Thailand. Cool, slightly eccentric spot with good budget options (dorm beds and bungalows) in an otherwise pretty upmarket area of Krabi coastline. The german owner does his best to make it tastier, communal, and welcoming place to be. A particularly nice touch was the communal dinner.

The best part of our trip to thailand was staying at bananas. Bananos is a quiet, peaceful escape from some of the busiest tourist attractions. It offers stunning views right off your front porch and is situated in surrounded by beautiful waters. Spending the evening watching the sunset from the dock is highly recommended. The entire crew is really kind and friendly. They are very helpful in helping you plan your daily activities. And last but not least, the food is delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The location is absolutely paradise! Amazing views and an amazing atmosphere! The staff and owner, olli, are the best you can ever meet. Its a great time. Swimming at night with plankton is an unforgettable experience. And it is there every night. There are also many interesting things to see and do around the place. We will definitely be back!.
