This place was so peaceful at night and the breakfast was always so delicious. After that, they provide slippers and robes. Subsequently, the room was spotless with all the amenities you could need. Thereafter, theres a nice blow dryer, fresh towels, and spotlessly clean room. Hereafter on, this hotel is very strategic. Beside that in this place, every room here was immaculate. Finally, its incredibly spotty.

Im so happy i decided to stay here. The hotel is nice, the service is good, and a big surprise for my birthday was from charlie, who is also the assistant manager of bandalo team. I will come back here again.

The hotel is very nice, the room is quite large, there is a small balcony and the bathroom is large. It is really nice that they provide sun umbrellas, beach bags and towels in the rooms. The only problem in this room was the fridge which didnt keep food and drinks from getting too hot. There is also i love the pool and breakfast. They have incredibly wide variety of foods, fruits, sweets and pastry. But the staff is friendly and very helpful. Just if you want to know, it can get pretty noisy there due to the music from nearby restaurants until late at night. Overall ive given this hotel 4.5 stars.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, but the housekeeping and other staff were not up to standard. They were unfriendly and, to some extent, rude. We asked for toilet paper because theirs are so thin and small. What we received was suspicion and questions being asked. This really upset us. Another drawback is that there is only one mirror in the room and that is in a toilet. No makeup mirror or standing mirror. It has caused countless inconveniences as we have to go in and out of the toilet to use the mirror which requires us to enter and exit the bathroom. If there are more than one person in your room, what would happen? Nevertheless, it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Everything works well in this room from air conditioning to water tap and shower etc. All the items are new and spotless. Not much disturbance as it had been idly and peaceful stay. A strategic location too. Anything is within walking distance. Boutique hotel is ideally located and aesthetically pleasing. Only if they maintain it well for the future. Yes, we will definitely return. I would say what you see is what comes to you.

I reserved a room without windows, but it was still fine. The room was clean and had no foul smell despite the lack of sconces. Really like the location, which is close to the beach and within walking distance to bangla road. Very friendly and helpful staff, parking is available if you drive here. Everything! Clean and brandnew hotel with friendly staff. Modern and minimalist design. Fantastic location. From the balcony, you could see the beach. The rooms and amenities are all in excellent condition because the hotel is brand new. Really worth the money. I enjoy spending time in their pool. Very opulent, roomy, and spotless. Amazing staff that attends to our needs. Without a doubt, ill return.

The hotel has a defect, which is the poor cooling of the air conditioner, and when we asked them to fix it, they said that all the rooms are like this! Arent they aware that their weather is hot and that visitors need air conditioning upon their return? What is this strange excuse? The smell in the room is bad, so it requires insecticides and some food, as well as perhaps placing heaters under the dishes. Everything can be ignored except for the cool air, you have no justification!.

The staff at bandalo were very friendly. The room was cleaned daily and there was free water, coffee, and tea. Modern and modern. However, the toilet doesnt provide much privacy because of the glass wall, it is the design of bathroom. There is a swimming pool that you can use, but this is shared with another hotel. Laundry facility was very handy, 200 baht for washing and drying. Patong beach was able to walk to the hotel and the shopping malls and banzaan market (15 minutes away). Great location! Couple of issues - shower water takes too long to drain, which causes puddles on the floor as water leaks out of its glass door. I couldnt really enjoy the rainforest shower for long after soaking in the sun! Second, water dripping from the ace is intermittent, making it very annoying when you step in muddy water or get soaked as you walk past the air conditioner overhead.

The location is very good, close to the beach but away from the most busy part of patong. Great accessibility / friendly staff leaving the area where they were fussy about room slippers and non availability of crockery. Everything was fine. Amazing boutique hotel with modern and comfortable rooms.

Would without a doubt suggest! Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. The hotel also offers laundry, dry, and wash services, which was very convenient for us. It is conveniently located near taipei 711 and many other attractions in patong. Also easily accessible to and from places by grab or bolt taxis at very affordable prices.

The location is good. Patong beach is across the road, but the service is practically nonexistent. It is similar to domestic fast food chains. The fitness and swimming pool are shared with the hotel next door.

The hotel is located on the south side of patong beach. Between the front of the patang beach and one of Patongs busy shopping streets. There is a 7eleven nearby where you can get drinks and snacks. A pharmacy is nearby. Just great location. About the room. Big bed with firm mattress. The bedding is also nice. Air conditioning. Which was incredibly helpful. Mini fridge with water, stylish new kettle. For the days you stay, coffee tea sugar. Power outlets with usb ports. I believe there is room for improvement, such as putting luggage stand and providing useful space for storing your clothes. We had varying difficulty living out of our suitcase for about ten weeks. Also, i think there might be room to improve, like bringing utmost space like an umbrella stand or letting your own clothes in the balcony. But overall, it is good. Regarding the shower. Large bathroom with enchanting rainforest shower head. Shower tap. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are available at bandalo boutique hotel. Daily cleaning. Fresh towels. Hotel offers laundry service or you may purchase tokens for 100 tbh from reception for the washing machine that includes detergent and softener and for an additional 100thb for dryer to do your laundry. The air conditioner is the most important thing in my trip, which is standard hot for all rooms. They want to save the compressor pressure at our expense, and we are exhausted from their hot weather! Additionally, the rooms smell bad, there are some ants that havent used insecticide, so the food is cold. To keep the heat going, i advise placing heaters under the guest plates. Ill give you one point, especially since the air conditioning is here!.

The room is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and kind. This place is highly recommended. It makes your life easier to stay next to patong beach. But the only problem i encountered was that the room was always hot and the ac wasnt working properly, so you had to keep the air conditioner running throughout your stay.
