Location is closer to river and mountain. Felt the nature. However, a bit far from main road. It is 10 km away from Khao Sok national park. Staffs arranged eairly boat ride 6:30am. Not a lot of visitors are here yet. Enjoy the lake very much.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, by the side of the river, close to the entrance of the park and the dam. It is also surrounded by a few good restaurants, within a 5-10-minute drive. The owner offered an upgrade to a room with A/C on arrival for a little extra. She was also very helpful with transportation time tables and activity bookings. As expected, the room was a bit rustic but clean and functional. The mattress was stiff, even for Thailand. I straighten my back the first night. All good after that. I would definitely stay again at the Bansuanphutarn on my next visit to this beautiful place!

Es ist einfach aber total romantisch und eine mystische Stimmung. Der Empfang ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Natürlich kann man nicht den Konfort eines 5-Sterne-Hauses erwarten. Uns hat dies Erfahrung aber sehr gefallen.

We especially enjoyed the peace and the surrounding nature. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We were also able to rent scooters through you and received great sightseeing tips when we asked.

Excellent stay, calm and close to nature with the river and high cliffs across the river. The dinner is a recommendation as the chef is stellar and the prices are great. Dishes are large and will leave you full. Greate service overall 10/10

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé ! Nous étions dans une petite cabane en bois sur pilotis d'une chambre avec toilettes et douches en extérieur. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre et dotée de moustiquaires. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il est également possible de dîner (il y a un restaurant entre 17.30 et 20.00 sur place). L'hôte est très accueillante et serviable. Des expéditions pour le lac Cheong Lan sont disponibles pour des tarifs compétitifs. Je ne peux que recommander !

My wife and I had an incredible and last minute stay for my birthday. I would recommend for those wishing to connect with Thailands diverse nature and people living here or passing through. Its beyond peaceful.... especially if you check out CBD Bar & Bistro, play on the rope swings, or tube down the river!

Great place to stay in tropical heaven and near to Khao Sok lake. Hosts were friendly and hospitable, house was extremely clean, with nets on windows and good working airconditioner Highlight is the food. Plentiful breakfast with different options changing by day Also do not miss lunch/dinner here - it was best food we had during week in Thailand! You can also join group day tour to the lake for 1500 thb and you can arrange it for next day when arriving in the evening
