Staff very friendly and helpful, as usual. Got me the best room in the house. Tips declined! And left behind by me on departure, anyway. Hotel is very basic & shows its age, but clean & low priced. And in an ideal location

Bautong was a safe haven for my late night arrival. They answered my messages promptly and assured me that someone would be up waiting for my arrival. The room was large and clean with everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. I only changed hotels to be in the old town and closer to the action. I would definitely stay here again if coming through Chiang Mai.

Excelente .... desde do check in ate check out, Sentimos em casa... tudo perfeito... perto de tudo, lugar totalmente seguro, compramos tours no hotel. voltaria novamente. Perto da cidade velha, perto de bons restaurantes, pertos de bons spas, perto de templos , perto da feirinha, fizemos tudo a pé.

Começando pelo check in, excelente atendimento, super atenciosa a recepcionista, total atenção. o quarto espaçoso, tv, ar, banheira , sacadinha, tudo ótimo. Silencioso. Perto de tudo, perto de feirinha, perto dos bazares, perto de casa de cambio, perto do melhor sanduíche da cidade, perto de aluguel de motos, perto do 7/11.. tudo ótimo.... perfeito

For the price, this hotel is really good. Large bed, fridge, kitchen sink and bath tub. Owner and other staff are really friendly and helpful. It is a little loud at night as near a Muay Thai arena but for £12 a night you can’t complain.

All I was looking for was a cheap place to stay with a comfortable bed and a place to shower. This hotel was just fine for that. The staff is super friendly and helpfull and I have stayed there about 4 times now.

Booked this place for the location, we expected basic but clean accommodation. but Absolutely Filthy, no housekeeping or removing rubbish from bin or toilet during our stay. Filthy towels full of holes (see photo) , noisy activities in neighbouring rooms with men partaking of local services, you run the gauntlet of catcalls from bar girls on the same street when returning home in the evening. A crop of suspicious insect bites after sleeping in the bed. We found another hotel and left early. Its not worth it, avoid avoid avoid.
