My girlfriend and I are traveling in Asia and we enjoyed Oh Sami so we wanted to come back. We booked this place without knowing much about it so here's our story of our stay. We got in a reasonably priced taxi from the airport as it's so far from anything and we were greeted at an empty front desk. We then spent about 15 minutes waiting for everyone to know we were there, then we were pushed into our hands by keys and there wasn't a word spoken to say sorry for the wait. We asked about renting a moped or knowing where the shops were, and were met with rude answers. I then entered our ants infested room thinking it cannot be all that awful right? We wanted to walk to a shop for food but the walk is on roads, so you can't walk anywhere from this hotel and you can't drive because you don't have a carbine? We tried to drive for 15 minutes to somewhere with people because we were so upset by this point of the staff and room and the location, but that's when the next thing happened. We were so annoyed by this point that the staff and the place were not paying for the room and had to show that we had paid! All while waiting, even the tub was annoyant and even the lady who was a bit we took a hint and said the reasons why we were leaving but

The location is good, even though the hotel is out of reach. Mountains and the river can be seen from the third-floor rooms. The bathrooms are excellent, and the rooms are brand new. The food was excellent, and the restaurant has a terrace overlooking the river. Even though not much English is spoken by the operatives, they were able to communicate well enough to get us what we required. Most taxis couldn't locate the location, so they charged significantly more. They got us 200 baths at the airport, which I highly advise to discuss with other travelers. It appears that they are working on the grounds, adding more landscaping and riverside bungalows. It will be lovely when it is finished. It's a terrific location to transition and unwind before the ferry, but don't anticipate much party activity. The cost is fantastic for what you get, and, despite the fact that some translation mistakes go unnoticed, they did try to offer the best service.

This huge obnoxious hotel is built here because of a small village and a major temple. Even though it is challenging to locate, for a low-cost, peaceful hotel, it was a fantastic find. The deck over the river is lovely in traditional Thai fashion. My husband ordered the American breakfast, though a little small, and my pad thai was delicious. The hotel gardens are more of a plant nursery and market garden. It helps to slow things down because there is nothing to be found other than a small village.

Overall, this offered excellent value for the money. I had a great time staying here, and I would return. These are the pros and cons. The rooms are lit up with spacious windows overlooking a sizable garden or river. Helpful staff, although little English speaking, clean rooms, extremely comfortable mattresses, and tidy bathroom fridge in the room. Nice, delicious, reasonably priced food. Western breakfast, the rest is very Thai. The pros are located about two in front of the bus station and the Lomprayah office, but are difficult to locate. Bring your phone number with you so your taxi driver can call the hotel and ask directions. Taxis should cost around 50 to the bus station and 200 to the airport, making sure they use the meter. I organized a pickup with the hotel, and they seemed to understand me, but obviously did not, because nobody was available at the station to pick me up. Very little English is spoken. Google Translate is your friend! WiFi outside my room but not inside, loud music in the restaurant, I sometimes just asked them to turn it down.

Im Zimmer waren viele Insekten und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Moskitonetz aufzuhängen. Das Badezimmer war den Umständen entsprechend OK. Keine schöne Aussicht.
