• Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when leave;
• Check-in process: We will meet you at the apartment at an agreed time to pass you the keys, familiarize you with the residence rules and instructions on the use of various equipment, collect refundable security deposit as well as answer all your questions;

• Normal check-in time: 15:00 - 20:00;
• Pets are NOT allowed;
• Parties are NOT allowed. Please respect your neighbors and do not make noise from 22:00 pm to 09:00 am;
• REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR MIDDLE-TERM RENTALS (3 WEEKS - 3 MONTHS) IN AMOUNT OF THB 70,000 (OR EQUIVALENT IN USD OR EUR) IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL. YOU SHOULD PAY IN CASH ONLY UPON CHECK-IN. IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT - ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE DENIED;
• Total number of occupants should not exceed the quoted number unless agreed (with the exception of infants up to 2 years old);
• Check-out process: Normally, one hour before your departure time we will meet you at the apartment for general checking, and return of the keys;
• For the safety and security of your belongings, please make sure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave the property;
Please read the following House Rules before booking:
• Fireworks, Chinese lanterns as well as making an open fire anywhere on the indoor or outdoor apartment areas are not allowed as they are fire hazard;
• Please do not hang towels or clothing over railings or balconies;
• We expect you enjoy & love our residence as much as we do and take good care of it!
• Please let us know your estimated arrival and departure time at least 48 hours in advance;
• The property is non-smoking (Smoking is allowed outdoor only);
• REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS (3 - 20 NIGHTS) IN AMOUNT OF THB 35,000 (OR EQUIVALENT IN USD OR EUR) IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL. YOU SHOULD PAY IN CASH ONLY UPON CHECK-IN. IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT - ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY WILL BE DENIED;
• Normal check-out time: 09:00 - 11:00;
• We provide all furnishing, housekeeping service once every 3 days, one bed linen and towels change per week, Internet & TV service, as well as the bathroom & kitchen supplies. Please leave the property with the same equipment provided.
