A budget hotel in a good location near walking street. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Breakfast was good in the restaurant downstairs. Room service was poor as there was symphony in my room that couldnt be turned off. Good for single and crazy couples, but not suitable for honeymoons and families with children.

The food is not worth the price. I got cold pork meat and i think there are many better options around pattaya.

The hotel is good and the price is cheap. Its also close to the walking street, only 5 minutes walk away. There is a restaurant there that serves good food. If you leave the room, tell them to clean it. You will have to pay 1000 baht for insurance if you bring bottled water. I hope youll like it

Cheap and conveniently located near the walking street. The first floor features a restaurant and sports bar. Although the rooms are somewhat clean, they are still reasonably clean.

This place is affordable and only 5 minutes walk from the walking steet. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and decent room.

I didnt make a prebooking, but i did get savoring the large room and got incredibly cheap prices. Walking street and the beach are both within walking distance for two minutes and five minutes for the shore. Its surrounded by tranquility. You can sleep soundly in your room because it isnt very close to pubs and bars. There are food and beverages available. However, you can get food at fewer prices outside. Affordable accommodations. Safe location. The large rooms are indeed spacious but old. Taxis and other modes of transportation are easily accessible because the hotel is located on the main road. Cons cleaning of the room doesnt occur every day. To accomplish it, need to wait until after the staff. No lifts. Be prepared to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. But this shouldnt be an issue if you are traveling light. In the motel, there is no laundry service. Yet, one is nearby and just ten minutes away.

This hotel is average. The staff was not cooperative. You have to carry your luggage to the third floor. But the location of this hotel has a very good location. It is very close to walking street.
