Didn't stay long enough to really get to know the place. But what we did see was great.

Overall, a nice place, but we had high expectations. The plus side is big, clean, secluded, green, very polite staff, affordable prices. The drawback is that they primarily target chinese we were the only nonchinese people there, so maybe thats why their English is so terrible. This resulted in a variety of problems, mostly due to a lack of any and all information. Questions about taxis, activities, restaurants, wifi, even small practical matters like breakfast rates or how to change pool jetstreams at night were answered with a look of pure ignorance followed by a friendly nod and the words you search online. Besides that, you see wear and tear, which is unfortunate, but we can easily see past that. Spa a few chairs where you can get a massage isnt even worth mentioning.

The resort is not very crowded and we fell very fresh and relax. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Food not very good but acceptable, as well there is a Muslim village nearby where you can have very fresh seafood at a very reasonable price, recommended!.

This isn't ideal for youngsters, however, this setting is pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing. Warm air in older rooms that weren't functional let us get a lot of water during the night. Thankfully, they fixed the issue 2 days later. As the villa pool was filthy, damp, and full of leaves, I had to ask a man to come each day. Service should be exceptional in a fivestar setting. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Weparked my car, walked through the lobby, passed 3 employees in carts, and entered the lobby, but no one greeted me or offered me a 600-meter ride to my room where I had just dropped off 3 sleeping kids and wife off. Off. Breakfast is awful compared to the 3, 4, or fivestar resorts weve stayed at before and could easily be improved if someone taught them how to make eggs. They do not offer in-demand omelets, they only use freshly made Spanish and scrambled bread and croissants for breakfast, and to diversify their fruit beyond watermelon and pineapple, the cheapest and most accessible fruit in Thailand. The kitchen is spacious, open, and airy. This is strange, but the price is incredibly low. It's best to be a Chinese tourist group than try. The hikes are the greatest Ive ever ridden in Thailand. This resort is absolutely beautiful! Great staff and amazing views. The pool was perfect, and the villa was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of options with stunning views of lakes, bridges, and cliffs! You can rent a bicycle for free so you can bike to a nearby waterfall in approximately 15 minutes.

The nice thing about this place is that unlike other places, there are not many clients at this place. However, the place is very lovely, with acres of greenery and lakes. And then, the atmosphere is very cool. Subsequently, the villa condition is slightly weathered, but I'm not sure what to expect with this climate.

Valde detta hotell då vi var på väg mellan Phuket och Koh Phangan. Bra läge i lummigt område med fina berg runtomkring. Egen pool vid villan och maten fantastisk om man gillar thai-style.

Huge kitchen but no cooking facilites just a jug for tea or coffee. No cloths or soap for washing dishes, apart from that was absolutely lovely with plenty of privacy and lovely pool. A map of the site would be good as we found by accident a much shorter walk to the restaurant for breakfast than around the road. The staff picking us up and dropping us off at our accommodation were very helpful and cheerful.

Alleinreisend auf Velotour. Schwieriges Check-In weil die nichts wussten von Hotels.com, mussten den Manager kommen lassen, schlussendlich eine Stunde an der Reception. Nicht was man liebt nach 8 Stunden Fahrradtour, die letzten zwei Stunden im Regen. Bungalow sehr schön. Restaurant mässig, für's Morgenessen lausig. Überfüllt von ein paar Car's voll Chinesen, welche sich unanständig benahmen und vordrängten und einen Mordslärm veranstalteten. Qualität des Morgenessens weit von einem durchschnittlichen Frühstücksbuffet entfernt.
