9. Please keep our house clean.We appreciate that the house and all items are in the same condition as when you arrive. laundry with stain or hard to remove will incur extra charge. Please, clean all dishes and kitchen item with care by yourself, otherwise we charge 300 THB for extra cleaning fee when you check out.
6. If you would like us to pick you up from the airport, please, let us know. We can arrange transfer for: car price is 700 THB, minibus (up to 10 people) price is 1200 THB. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to the house.
3. No parties in the house from 11-00PM till 10-00AM.

7. Kindly let us know the time of your arrival, so we will meet you at the house for check-in.
12. Personal accident insurance and/or other type of insurances: these are not covered in your rates, so we recommend you to include them in your travel arrangements.
8. Rate excludes Electricity fee: Electricity 5.5 THB per unit. Guests are asked to turn off the lights and air conditioning when not in the villa, charges will apply for any abusive use of the air-conditioning such as running the air conditioning while having the window(s) opened or leaving lights on when out of home.
5. In case of lost key will be charged 300THB, gate remote control 2000THB.
11. A security deposit: 10,000 THB or 300.00 USD or of equal amount in other currency is to be paid in cash upon arrival. This amount is to be deducted for any damage or breakage in the villa. If there is no damage, it will be returned to guests upon check-out day.
