Wir hatten eine schöne Trobical Villa. Sehr ruhig und in einem schönen Garten gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Lobenswert ist die Qualität des Frühstücks. Sehr große Auswahl, gute Qualität der Säfte, mehrere Kaffeeautomaten und aufmerksames Personal. Der letzte Kaffee mit Blick auf das Meer super entspannend. Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Anlage mit zuvorkommendem, freundlichem Personal! Besonders die Beach Villen sind atemberaubend!! Insgesamt auf Koh Samui hochpreisig jedoch angemessen. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Nightmarket in Fisherman’s Villiage sowie der Wave Market sind absolute Highlights der Lage.😍 Kleine Anmerkung, welche uns am Ende ein Bisschen verärgert hat ist das wir eine versehentlich kaputt gegangene Kleine Espressotasse mit fast 10€ beim Check Out bezahlen mussten was bei einem gesamten Preis von knapp 3.500€ etwas überspitzt war…

Great resort, large but still intimate. The property is gorgeous very well manicured grounds! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Amazing views of the ocean with a long clean beach. Sand is hard to walk in and very hot. The 3 pools are large, warm and lots of loungers available. The resort is a 10min walk to Fisherman’s Village. Lots of local shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast bar has more options than you can imagine and food was always fresh. Only negatives were the bars at the 2 pools need to open earlier and have longer straws ! Will definitely be back. !!!!

Amazing location, great breakfast, and very nice rooms—especially the bathrooms. My only gripes are, number one, that a large despot was required (per room) at check-in despite that we'd paid in advance. I was not told of this before, and it makes no sense to me when the room charges have already been covered. I also wasn't thrilled about the way the lady at reception responded to my surprise. The only other complaint is the hard beds, otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely location. Good choice of swimming pools. Well tended gardens and very pretty and relaxing. Rooms very comfortable with plenty of extras. Breakfast very good. Meal options all great, nothing disappointed. Staff incredibly friendly and enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Easy to get to other resorts and airport.

We had an amazing stay - the staff were incredibly lovely and did a thoughtful gesture for me and my partner, which made it feel extra special. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the views of the beach (from the outdoor restaurant area) were stunning - we really enjoyed relaxing and unwinding out there. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had, with a variety of fresh fruit, delicious desserts and meals made by the incredible chefs! We also enjoyed the location and being so close to the beach. We loved this hotel and can't wait to come back one day.

Vi bodde i beachfront poolvilla. Det var nog den bästa poolvillan jag bott i. Väldigt stor pool samt en otrolig utsikt. Servicen var jättebra och det var väldigt familjärt trots stort hotell. Hade absolut bott här igen om jag åker tillbaka till Koh Samui. Man kan promenera till Fishermanss village på ungefär 10 min vilket absolut är görbart. Annars bokar man Taxi via hotellet som var smidigt.

The Staff at the hotel are super helpful, everywhere is spotlessly clean, there’s a great selection for breakfast and the gardens are delightful. The distance from Fisherman’s was not as close as I thought it was but once we got over the main road it only took us 10 mins roughly to walk and there is a free hotel bus that can take you there and pick you up. The hotel aesthetically is a hotel of 2 halves. One side of the complex’s architecture is modern and the other side is classic. But the hotel’s staff, the cleanliness allows you to drop any preconceived ideas (from social media) that the hotels modern side/architecture is what the whole complex looks like. And TBA I grew to love the classic side and its quieter side than my expectations.
