This place is run by the owner who is very kind and helpful. They gave us some tips on what to do in chiang mai. The location is close to the center, night market, and wararot market. Its a basic but nice place to stay in chillin.

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be in a great location from train station, bars, restaurants, sightseeing the old town and safe. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating, washing clothes is also possible by hotel staff. Room is basic but air conditioned, the only minor problem with the room is that the drainage from the shower is poor but eventually does clear. You are paying incredibly reasonable prices for location more than you are paid for quality of room, but thats exactly what we were looking for when we spent most of the day and evening in Chiang mai. Will definitely return when passing through Chian mai again!.

I would definitely recommend this location for the location. For one night, my companions and i stayed in a triple room here. The bathroom was spotless, the room was spacious, had tv, and refrigerator, plus it was equipped with jumbotron. We only turned off the fan unit on the wall because it started to smoke, maybe in room 201.

This is the best location with the lowest price and they give you the greatest service i have never stayed in a hotel like this in south thailand. Loved this place too much! Because everything is close by. There are 3 7/11 and many beautiful temples. The aunt here was like he was mr. Its tastier. Thank you for your kindness.

Rien n’allait du début à la fin: - On arrive en milieu d’après midi pour Check in : personne à la réception. Il y a un numéro sur la porte. Une dame qui est amie du propriétaire nous aide, elle appelle, personne répond. 20 min plus tard, une femme arrive. Elle prend nos passeports, photocopie, donne une clé. Pas un mot. On trouvera la chambre par nous même. - Le soir, l’hôtel verrouille ses portes à 20h et il y a un code pour pouvoir rentrer : personne ne nous a prévenu, on aurait pu se retrouver dehors. - La chambre réservée était annoncée « vue ville », on a vue sur le couloir de l’hôtel … - néon blafard, mobilier spartiate, on a vu mieux niveau déco et confort Le pire rapport qualité-prix en 2 mois en Thaïlande
