We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time. The hotel staff were very friendly, the building is old and nice looking, there is calming pool surrounded by nice trees and the rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. This place is very good, with local streets nearby, small restaurants and easy access to the center. Our room was ok size, basic and good for the price. I recommend this place to family and friends.

Saya tinggal di Bangkok dan Chiang Mai selama sekitar satu bulan dan mengunjungi 5 akomodasi berbeda dan ini adalah yang terbaik. Setelah frustrasi karena tertipu oleh gambar di Airbnb, saya membuat reservasi larut malam dan itu adalah yang terbaik. Itu sendiri sangat baik. Bahkan ada tanda di lobi hotel yang bertuliskan "Pelanggan adalah raja Sepertinya hotel yang dikelola keluarga dan semua orang sangat ramah. Meskipun ini adalah hotel tua, tetapi sangat terawat dengan sangat bersih sehingga Anda bertanya-tanya apakah ini mungkin. Karena ini pertama kalinya saya ke Chiang Mai, saya mendengar bahwa nimmanhaemin bagus sehingga saya pergi ke Airb dan hotel dua atau tiga kali lipat, tetapi ini pertama kalinya saya berada di tempat yang tidak ada jamur, tidak berbau, dan tidak ada serangga di kamar mandi. The hotel was very nice from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They also clean them every day. Location is great, just a few minutes from Chiang mais north gate and very close to chiang pak station. If you enjoy sightseeing, we also recommend walking around the changpuek area further north. Very nice area. Swimming pool is wonderful, the best way to start the day! The restaurant is also very good and perfect for relaxing in the evening.

A truly lovely hotel. We stayed in a private room and loved it. Its quite quiet and the pool is relaxing. There is also an option for food and drinks, both of which are standard. The younger lady behind the reception was amazing kind, polite and helpful. She is genuinely credited to the hotel she is very much appreciated. From wishing us good luck to helping us find laundry facilities, she really deserves kudos. Great hotel at incredibly affordable prices.

The staff is friendly and always stays at the front desk 24 hours a day. It is within walking distance of chiang mai old town and there is s market nearby. Also very close to places where red cars from tourist destinations such as doi step gather. Because it is away from entertainment facilities, it can be quiet at night. Although the facilities are dated, its ok to stay here. Overall i highly recommend it.

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious but outdated. In comparison to other places, the bed was quite soft. There was a lovely pool. Additionally, both the owners and the proprietors were very welcoming. A peaceful place to stay. However, there is room for improvement in the shower. If you wish, you can have breakfast and dinner. They offer laundry service, although it is pricey.

We stayed here for 5 nights and didnt have any problems. The pool is nice and cold. Front desk staff are always helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again during our time in chiang mai.

The location is excellent! We stayed an extra three nights and decided to stay longer. The friendly personnel never finds it too much difficulty. They changed the sheets every day, and the rooms were roomy and spotless. There was excellent air conditioning. It was a lovely touch that the pool was, making it quite serene.

Ive stayed here twice. Its simple, clean and quiet, has a nice large pool and is family run. I still recommend this small hotel to anyone who loves this special thai touch and are on tasty budget. Will definitely return.

The atmosphere is great, the swimming pool is good and you can eat some delicious thai food there for a very reasonable price. The staff are nice and willing to help you out if you need anything. This is by far the best hotel ive stayed in Thailand so far. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant offers delicious food at a reasonable price. Although the area is wellkept, the pool is typically shaded by trees. The same is true for the rooms, where the daily cleaning service is firstrate. There are also convenient access to nearby markets and shops. Friendly staff and reasonably priced dining at the restaurant.
