Chiang Mai boutique house was surprisingly good given it was much cheaper than similar options. The pool was a welcome luxury and clean and cool.

Beautiful budget hotel. Clean rooms, comfy bed amazing showers, the swimming pool is a welcome addition for a dip! Perfect location surrounded by little bars and shops and walking distance to all larger markets and temples. Just perfect

Lovely, clean property down a quiet soi with a few bars in walking distance. Really close to the evening food market and walkable within 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here twice and happy both times.

This place was clean and perfectly located. The rooms on the second level were quiet and comfortable. The pool is a great asset and nice to come to after a hot tourist day.

Overall it was a great place at a good price. Old hotel but Room was updated. Close to restaurants and walking distance to night bazar and temples. Pool was really cold but refreshing.

가성비 최고의호텔 직원분들 친절하고 위치도 올드시티에있어서 주변볼거리많고 작지만 깨끗한 야외수영장과 무료와이파이 등 아주 만족합니다. 조식을 현장에서 지불하고 머었는데 괜찮음 커피도 굉장히 저렴하게 마실수있다.

Great location and easy to get to. Staff reasonably helpful and rooms clean and tidy. Small but very usable pool. Close to food and bars and a market only a street away. Would stay again

This is my husband and my 4th stay in this hotel. Yet again it has lived up to the high standard of comfort, friendliness and service for the price range and area that we have come to expect and enjoy. it is in easy access of all tourist activities and restaurants to suit all pockets. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the fresh smell on reentering the room each day after being out and about reflected the care taken by the housekeeping team in maintaining the room

The staff could not do enough to make our stay a more pleasant one. We are within walking distance of all Chiang Mai's major attractions. The internet is very good! This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel and not our last time.
