Best hotel if you are or with a patient of Bangkok Hospital. Only thing missing is a washing machine which could have made this hotel complete for long stays.

Great place but kind of far from the malls and popular night markets. If you don’t care for those things then this is a good place. Otherwise, you’ll probably need to get a Grab to get around.

Its the best hotel in this area beside Bangkok Hospital. Very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staffs are very good. Breakfast is enjoyable. Even for touring this hotel is good.

The hotel is pretty new and the staff are very friendly. The only issue was the construction work going on (and the noise) around the hotel until the early hours of the morning. Also the room and bathroom could do with more storage facilities. Overall very good though if you are woken up in the middle of the night by construction noise!

I stayed here to wait for my health checkup at Bangkok hospital. It's very convenient. Room and facilities are well designed and reasonably priced. Staff are good and knowledgeable. The distance from hotel to hospital is important if you like walking. Otherwise, requesting the hospital to pick you up is also a good choice. Besides that, the location from the hotel to the hospital is good for walking. So, it depends on my needs. Hopefully a decision will be made on the grounds of the good customer service and safety.

The hotel is very clean and has all the facilities such as a microwave, fridge, etc. The hotel also provides golf car services to the hospital. The location is very close to the hospital. If you come to admission at the Bangkok Hospital, the hotel position is excellent. Otherwise, it is distant from the hotels, meeting and shopping spots. To get a medical checkup at Bangkok Hospital, we remained there for a week. With the exception of the nighttime receptionist guy, the hotel's general service is adequate. When we inquire about the hotel requirements, he is not helpful. He once disrespectfully treated my sister when she requested a weight scale. He has no right to affront her verbally in front of other visitors. We are really let down. The other receptionist girls are nice and helpful. In addition, the housekeeping is excellent. We hope the hotel can repair or properly train that receptionist guy for the future.
