1.Smoking is prohibited in the house. Please smoke at the smoking place.
2.No pets allowed
3.Prohibiting third parties Other than the stated stay.
4.If there are more people staying than the amount stated. There is an additional service charge of 1000 baht per person.
5.Please refrain from making loud noises after 10.00 pm. Outside the house
6.Iilegal or immoral action including playing gambling, sex trafficking and etc. is strictly prohibited.
7.Inflammables, hazardous materials, narcotic, and other illegal objects are strictly prohibited. Check-in at 14.00 hrs. and Check-out before noon (11.00 hrs.)
8.Exceeding check-out time, during 13.00 - 18.00 hrs. willk result in extra charge at 50% of house rate.
9.Full room charge of an extra night shall be applied to the check-out done later than 18.00 hrs.
10.The house allocates our space to offer guests the convenient parking; but does not cover any costs associated with any damages or missing property occurring to the vehicle.
11.In the event of cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.
12. The house limits the number of persons to be occupied in a particular guest room at 2 persons. A child under 10 years of age stays complimentary in a room with parents without any charge and the maximum number of children per room is one. The house will only allow registered guests to use its facilities and does not allow an unregistered guest to stay overnight at the house.
13. In the event of cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the arrival, 100% retention will be charged on the reserved room rate.
