The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring and helpful. I felt like I was staying with family. I was not expecting this level of care at such a budget price. The room, bed, bathroom, windows, all what you would expect, and the descriptions are accurate, but the level of service and care from the staff makes this a really special place. They will help you with anything you need, including helping you plan your vacation.

☺- клининг работает на 5. Очень чисто. Есть лифт. Персонал вежливый. Тихое место. В центре. ☹- в столовой ленивая девушка-официант портит все впечатление от отеля. Непонятна вообще концепция - пару дней был шведский стол, потом стали приносить по меню омлет из 2 яиц и 5 маленьких сосисок. Через пару дней стали приносить омлет из 1 яйца и 2 сосиски. Салат и фрукты девушка пополняет только после возмущения посетителей. А так все время сидит в телефоне... Ей не до нас. Сложности если хотите вызвать такси по приложению. Даже по точному адресу находят отель не с первого раза. Очень много рядом похожих названий. Учитывайте это при заказе такси в аэропорт. Чемоданы днем будете носить сами. Мужчины-сотрудники отеля начинают работать только вечером.

A wonderful place to stay with my family especially with two young kids, they love spa in their room, and good location, it is very close to night markets and Main Street. Staff are excellent and friendly they even brought us umbrellas when we walked out and found it was rain.

It was a pleasant stay in every respect...good location at the Night Bazaar area and super friendly and attentive staff. The American breakfast was worth the price and one of the best in town. Overall, a small facility but for the price, one of my go to places when visiting Chiang Mai.

given the price and the location, this is our favorite place to stay in the Night Market area. We've stayed a few times. Staff is wonderful...the internet works (not something one can assume at many hotels). It's our home of choice in the area.

Amazing boutique hotel right in the night bazaar location. Everything is within walking distance, and the Hotel staff is so helpful. Very good English is spoken at the hotel. Wonderful food, shopping, massage, and lady boy cabaret are right within walking distance. I stayed here with my good friend, but I would not hesitate to bring my husband and teenage daughter here also. All around wonderful hotel!

　ナイトバザールに近く（ほとんどAnusan Marketの中）非常に便利な立地だが、大通りから一歩入っていて静かに滞在できました。大規模ホテルのような騒がしさがなく、落ち着いた雰囲気です。　スタッフも必要以上に干渉しないが、お願いしたことはきちんと対応していただき好印象です。　バンコクから寝台列車を利用したため、朝8時ごろにはホテルに到着したが、規定の時間よりかなり早くチェックインさせてもらい大変助かりました。　現在、リノベーション工事中ですがホテルの機能面で問題はなかった。価格もリーズナブルでお勧めできるホテルです。

I would highly recommend this boutique hotel, even though it is a bit older and not fancy. The location is well worth the trade off. I loved that we had a king size bed but it was a bit hard for my liking. I couldn't believe that the market was literally right outside of our door, yet the hotel was very quiet. I would recommend they add some American options to the breakfast buffet; just cold cereal or oatmeal. Rice and a green salad are not morning meals for me. Love the evening desk man. He was pleasant and helpful.

The bed was a bit hard and the hotel isn't totally modern, but I am happy we stayed. It is an awesome location; literally right next to the market!!! The hotel staff (especially the evening desk person) was SUPERB! Very pleasant and helpful. Wish they had cereal at the breakfast buffet, b/c as an American, I don't enjoy all of the rice and green salads offered for breakfast. A simple bowl of cereal and milk, or oatmeal, would have been perfect. The pool was cold, but it was nice to be able to sit on the patio for happy hour! I would highly recommend this hotel, even though it isn't fancy.

hotel is in a GREAT location, it's quiet but very accessible to Night Market. Staff are great, price is fair. Beds are hard and pillows are almost like rocks they are hard and a bit high.
