おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！

Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

I strongly advise against staying at the hotels separate front desk. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen, dining, living room, and bedroom. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, although i wish the water pressure could be improved. The amenities are adequate, and the service was excellent. A swimming pool is a plus, i rarely see a pool this size in the middle of the city center of bangkok. The parking lot is simple to use, but it takes some time to get used to it or you could be very far from the hotel entrance because this property is actually a large commercial complex.

The hotel is a bit old and depressing, reminds me of a Tokyo in the 1990 s. The rooms are large and comfortable and the residences are basically suites, clean and have new tvs and amenities, but generally a bit drab and utilitarian. The gym and pool etc speak the same language, the whole place needs a bit of an upgrade if it wants to stand out as a flagship brand. Breakfast is good but the buffet area is small and the environment is not very inspiring. The hotel location is great and there is plenty of access to food and entertainment via the bts, but traffic can be heinous around there.

In late november 2022, i spent six nights here. Wonderful setting with easy access to the main shopping and business districts of ploenchit and rajprasong. Additionally, during busy hours, there is a shuttle bus operated by all seasons place that runs between the hotel and the ploenchit bts station every 15 minutes and every 5 minutes. The onebedroom suite i stayed in had a fully functional kitchen including a midsized refrigerator, microwave oven, water boiler/dispenser, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The living room, dining area, and bathroom are all spacious. The bedroom has a midsized tv in addition to the large tv in the living room. The fridge compressors noisyness was the biggest drawback. It was a little helpful to close the passthrough window and kitchen door. Also, be aware that all wall electrical outlets are only for local or american type B outlets. Conrad hotel currently hosts a common reception. Both properties have the same breakfast spot. However, guests at conrad Bangkok residences who are Hilton honors diamond members are unable to use the executive lounge at the conrad hotel. Overall, good value, although i believe some renovations are in order.

We are currently staying in room 1110 at the conrad residence. Fantastic room. Fantastic service. Everything about this hotel is excellent, including the room, the propertys location, and the excellent service. We couldnt have asked for more. We will be back.

I will definitely stay here whenever i return to bangkok. I exceeded my expectations! Excellent service, friendly staff, clean suits, and good entertainment in the lobby restaurant, with a live band. The chinese restaurant staff was also friendly and attentive, thai hospitality is simply amazing.
