Cha Am Beachfront Apartments

-กรุณาระบุจำนวนแขกที่จะเข้าพักก่อนจะทำการจอง เราอนุญาตให้พักสูงสุดได้แค่ 2 ท่าน ถ้าหากเข้าพักแล้วพบว่ามีจำนวนแขกมากกว่า 2 คน เราจะทำการยกเลิกการจองและไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี
-กรุณาให้เงินประกันจำนวน 500 บาทแก่พนักงานก่อนได้รับกุญแจที่พัก เงินประกันจะถูกคืนเต็มจำนวนในวันที่คืนห้องพักเมื่อทางเราตรวจสอบแล้วว่าไม่มีอะไรเสียหาย
-สระว่ายน้ำเป็นสระว่ายน้ำรวมของโครงการเปิดถึง 20:00 น. (เดินประมาณ 100 เมตรจากหาดหน้าบ้าน)
-ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์และของตกแต่งภายในบ้านโดยไม่จำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันการเสียหาย
-กรุณาอย่าติดของตกแต่งบนผนังบ้าน เช่น สก็อตเทป หรือวัสดุอื่น ๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสีผนัง
- ไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ภายในตัวบ้าน หากฝ่าฝืน ปรับ 2,000 บาท กรุณาอย่าทิ้งก้นบุหรี่บริเวณในและพื้นที่นอกบ้านหรือชายหาด และทิ้งในที่เขี่ยบุหรี่ที่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้
-ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกประเภทเข้าพัก หากฝ่าฝืน ปรับ 3,000 บาท
-ทางเราจะทำความสะอาดบ้านก่อนแขกเช็คอินและหลังจากแขกเช็คเอาท์เท่านั้น (ทางเราจะทำความสะอาดห้องให้ถ้าพักมากกว่า 3 วันขึ้นไปโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม)
-กรุณาล้างเท้าและล้างตัวหลังจากเล่นน้ำทะเล ณ จุดที่เตรียมไว้ให้นอกบ้าน เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เศษทรายติดเข้ามาบริเวณภายในบ้านพัก
-กรุณาปิดไฟและแอร์เมื่อออกจากบ้าน
-กรุณาอย่าทิ้งของลงโถส้วมและทิ้งกระดาษทิชชู่ลงในถังขยะเพื่อป้องกันการอุดตัน
-กรุณาอย่าส่งเสียงรบกวนผู้อาศัยใกล้เคียงในยามวิกาล
-กรุณาดูแลทรัพย์สินมีค่าของท่านให้เรียบร้อย ทางเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบหากมีการสูญหายเกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าด้วยสาเหตุใดๆ ก็ตาม
-หากท่านทำกุญแจบ้านสูญหายทางเราจะปรับ 500 บาท
-Please state the correct number of guests before booking. The maximum amount of guests allowed is 2 in total. If there are more than 2 guests staying at the property, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued.
-Please provide a security deposit of 500 baht when picking up the keys from my staff. Your deposit will be returned during check out if there are no damages.
-No smoking is allowed inside the house. You will be charged 3,000 baht if this is violated. Please dispose cigarette butts in ash trays provided, NOT on the ground outside the house or the beach.
-Please do not move furniture around unnecessarily to prevent possible damage.
- Please do not attach any decorations on the walls ex.) tape or any other materials that will cause any damage to the surface of the walls
-No pets allowed. You will be charged 3,000 baht if this is violated.
-Room cleaning is done before guests check-in and after guests check-out only. Guests are responsible for maintaining the house during their stay. (We will provide free room cleaning if you stay more than 3 nights)
-Please wash off after playing at the beach at the shower stationed outside the house to prevent sand coming into the house.
-Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
-Please turn off the lights and air conditioner when you leave the room.
-Please refrain from throwing things into the toilet to prevent clogging and throw toilet paper in the bin.
-Please be considerate of other residents and neighbors.
-Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible if any loss is occurred.
-You will be charged 500 baht if you lose the house keys.
