The rooms are luxurious and the location is great! The hotel needs a continental breakfast and reorganize the pool side. Lobby service and bellboy were very good. Pool section needs to have tv and bar staff. When you go to the swimming pool, you have to bring utmost towels because there are no towels on top sides.

The location is excellent, however, the rooms lack adequate soundproofing. Ive stayed in other quieter areas nearby, but the noise levels were tolerable overall.

The old, shabby Debua hotel was replaced by the new one. Night crawlers will especially like the location in the heart of soi buakhao. I went to see the rooms, but i didnt stay overnight. The basic room costs 1.200 baht per night, 8.000 weekly, or 30.000 per month. It appears grand and worse than a fivestar hotel. However, the accommodations are exceptionally welldesigned for merely stayed. On the top floor is the swimming pool. Excellent for cooling off and sunbathing. Although not large, it is still big enough. Last visit on 24. November 2022.

I stayed in a superior room for 4 nights in december 2022, so it was not directly facing soi buakhao, which is basically nosie at all. The rooftop pool is also fantastic. Everything is excellent and new, and the staff is all very friendly and helpful. However, i have some opinions that ive hope the hotel management will consider. There isnt even one dryer in the room, but the entire hotel doesnt have one, making it strange that there is only one. Curtains : There are only black or dark brown curtains, therefore there wont be enough sunlight to get in at once. If you want to have privacy, you must lose your privacy. You cant enjoy both light at the same time if theres sunlight in each of you. We can have sunlight enter the space while enjoying privacy unless there are second white curtains.

This is a brandnew, comfortable hotel. The room is spacious and has tidiness. There is clean bathroom. Prices are reasonable starting at 1300 bath per night.

One of the more contemporary hotels that are popping up all over pattaya central, with an excellent location and within walking distance of both the lk metro and tree town. The rooftop swimming pool adds to the uniqueness of your stay.

I will be returning to this hotel and heartily recommend it. Amazing hotel This is a fantastic place to stay, the hotel is modern, has great rooms, and is quiet at night because it is in sweltering area, boasts i fantastic rooftop pool, offers excellent value for the money, staff members are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight Sirikarn, who went above and beyond when rescinded my reservation by mistake. Thank you, sirikar!.

All are brand new with a few tweaks and it will be great. I stayed for 32 nights and had no major complaints other than the wifi network for the android tv was very hit and miss couldnt watch i film for love or money. No iron, no hairdryer and voils for windows would be nice rather than closing the curtains giving u complete blackout during the day. Looks like the drinks counter was just opening as ill leave and looks like he will open soon for breakfast. Great value for money and location is great

The cleanest hotel ive ever stayed at in pattaya. Every staff member always says hello. The rooms are large and very clean, no mosquitoes in the hotel, the price is great. I will definitely stay here every time i visit pattrayan.

This hotel is located in the center of the city, close to nightlife. Soi buakhao is a busy street so expect some noise unless you get snooze at the back. The hotel has tasty rooftop pool area.

The hotel is relatively new, about a year old, so the rooms and the hotel itself are in good condition. I really like the location on soi buakhow. The rooftop pool is nice but not spectacular. Service is, in my opinion, standard, and very friendly room maids. There is no breakfast or food available at this hotel. Room prices are fairly good for this location, mostly about au$ 60 ozzy dollars (about 40 euros).

This hotel is highly recommended. Superb hotel. A nice addition and a better soi buakoaw lodgings. I initially booked 3 nights but decided to stay for til the week. The staff are friendly and speak english to utmost proficiency. Stayed in the entry level room. Clean and comfortable. Android hv. Rainfall shower and very comfortable bed. It can be chilly at night. Thats the negative of anywhere on sois bukoawa. Week rate was 1200 baht per night, which is the worst thing.
