** Please abide and follow the house rule**
• Kindly remove your shoes and place them near the entrance door. Outside footwear is prohibited to be worn inside the house, kindly use the house slippers provided.
• Please kindly contact us directly once you are reaching the condo. Do NOT contact the reception.
• Smoking in the room and balcony is strictly prohibited as it will trigger the smoking detector and alert the condominium management.
• Should there be any damages done to the property, please report to the host immediately or during checking out and this will be dealt in a case by case scenario. Failure to do so will be duly dealt with by Airbnb regulators.
• Throwing parties are strictly prohibited. Noise level such as TV volume should be kept minimum to avoid disturbance to other residences.
• A fine of USD100 will be imposed if you bringing in Durian inside the room.
• Air-conditioner and other form of electricity and water should be turned off when not in use, so as to help save the world.
• In any cases of inquiries such as misplacing of keycard, WIFI connectivity, etc. Please escalate the issues directly to the host and NOT to the reception as this is a private issue to be settled between guest and host.
• The check out time is set at 11.00AM, and check in time is set at 3.00PM till 8.00PM. Any other timings will be handled case by case upon request.
• Visiting of amenities such as Gym and Swimming Pool, proper attire should be worn to avoid safety hazards. Keep your feet and footwear dry before leaving the pool to prevent wet surfaces within the condominium vicinity. Do not party next to the pool. Condominium may fine you, if they are found it.
• Rubbishes should be disposed in the bins or excess rubbishes in the "Garbage Room" to prevent foul smell and insect attraction.
