Semua berjalan dengan lancar dan stafnya ramah. Kolam renangnya agak kotor. Sarapannya kurang enak, tapi banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel.

The hotel is close to the beach but far from shops and 24 hour convenience store, no room service, breakfast was good. The restaurant serves the best dishes and at a reasonable price. The room is large, the bed was very hard, not comfortable and it hurt my back until the last day. The air conditioning, the first night we couldnt feel cold at all, the next morning my husband and i opened to see and it was full of dust! And yes, we cleaned it in our room and my parents room and we felt cold within 5 minutes after cleaning it. Most of the drawers are broken, no toothbrush provided. The third day we went out and returned, our room was cleaned but they did not give us a new towel and our personal stuff was misplaced, my husband got upset. We wouldnt return to the hotel, but the restaurant opposite the hotel is a mustgo.

Tempat yang tenang, dekat dengan pantai dan banyak katering, kamar cukup nyaman dengan balkon, AC, pembersihan kamar setiap hari, handuk bersih, ada teko di kamar, air, teh, kopi! Halaman dengan kolam sangat bagus, tetapi kami tidak pernah ke kolam karena laut dekat))) Kami sangat puas!

Kami tinggal di hotel ini sejak 24 Januari. Pada 02 per 05 per 2023, kekurangan terbesar dari hotel ini adalah lokasinya. Perlu diingat bahwa pantai di seberang jalan sangat berbatu dan tidak ada yang berenang di sana! Jaraknya sekitar 20- 30 menit ke laut dalam cuaca panas dan menyusuri jalan yang sangat bising, yang merupakan separuh dari tidak ada trotoar! Ke Bagla dan pusat perbelanjaan hanya dengan transfer atau taksi (200 baht), transfer gratis hanya 2 kali sehari pada pukul 10:00 dan 16:00 di sana dan pukul 10:20, 16:20 kembali, tetapi tidak selalu mengambil dari pantai, dari pagi hingga jam 16:00 saya tidak ingin menghabiskan banyak waktu di panas terik, saya harus naik tuk-tuk (200 baht) pada pukul 14:00 dan pulang, juga di malam hari saya selalu naik taksi, tapi hanya saat macet. Kalau sewa motor ya tidak apa-apa. Minus lainnya adalah kolam tua, tertutup lumpur hijau, kadang-kadang ditambahkan dan berubah menjadi hijau dan tidak ada yang mau berenang di sana. Kekurangan ketiga adalah makanannya monoton, dingin, buahnya sedikit dan kalau habis lama lapor. Keempat. Dalam 2 minggu mereka mengganti sprei satu kali dan hanya jika diminta berulang kali. This hotel is suitable for families traveling together. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, and the swimming pool is small and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose the buffet breakfast, you will have many options with delicious food. The location is a bit far from main patong beach, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service to there three times a day, otherwise you have to walk on a hilly busy road or take a tuktuk or taxi.

This hotel is located in a quiet area of town and across the street from the best food ive had in Thailand so far. The staff at this hotel were very helpful. They treated us well throughout our stay. The room has a tv, a nice comfortable bed, and a hot shower. Why would you watch tv when in a tropical paradise? The hotel provides a few water daily. 300$ to get into town or there is a motorbike rental across the street that is a good family run business with good business practices. The problem we did have was spotty internet even with a router in the room. Most of the time it worked. Also, grab drivers dont seem to know this hotel. My shower could use some work.

The hotel is beautiful with a swimming pool and a small room that was assigned to us. The receptionist was very helpful and the management was good. The management helped us to parcel every morning according to our schedule, and we got a delicious thai and english breakfast. The restaurant is located in a very beautiful place with views of the indian ocean. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.

We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, everyone. I just checked out of here yesterday. The staff is amazing. So friendly and very helpful. Our favorite thing about phuket was this hotel. The pool is beautiful. Rooms are cleaned and maintained daily. Bottled water was always provided. Offers a shuttle bus to patong beach or the shopping center a few times a day which was great as transportation around phuket can be expensive. The drivers are very friendly and very informative. I met a nice guy there who supports liverpool fc.

The hotel is nice and affordable. Near patong beach. The owner is a muslim, so the place is suitable for muslims. There is a restaurant with halal food and a night market nearby the hotel. The staff speaks both english and malay. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable to rest after a long drive. Visitors can rent motorcycles behind the hotel. 300 baht for 150 cc per day. Prices are based on motorcycle cc.

A hotel that is friendly to malaysia because the staff can speak malay. They have good facilities and a free shuttle service to take guests to the beach and jungleceylon mall, then back to the hotel three times daily. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful in resolving our problems during our stay. We encountered some problems with grab food and the receptionists helped us as we didnt speak thai. There is also a swimming pool and a halal restaurant opposite the hotel serving a breakfast buffet at a price of 200 baht per person, with a 10 % discount for hotel guests. The price of hotel rooms is affordable and definitely within your budget, and the room is also neat and clean. Highly recommended for everyone especially malaysian to choose this hotel as your stay during your holiday in thailand.

Hotelnya bagus, kami menginap dari 28 Januari sampai 3 Januari 2024. Kelebihannya kolam dibersihkan, semuanya dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan, tuk-tuk gratis ke pantai. Kekurangannya tidak ada handuk wajah, pasta gigi dan sikat, cukup jauh dari Patong.

This hotel is cozy and conveniently located near the ocean and restaurants. It was only 1000 baht per night, which was reasonable. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were lovely. My only complaint was that i had to cross the busy road to the restaurant every day for breakfast, which i would not recommend for elderly people. Apart from that, i had a great time staying here.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. This hotel is truly among the best in the area. Its located just a 10-15minute drive from patong walking street and the activities. The staff are extremely friendly and muslim. The rooms are excellent. There is an elevator available, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is a hot shower, and the balcony. There is a laundry service at a very reasonable price. There are two halal restaurants across the street, and the swimming pool is peaceful. There is also a free shuttle service to patong center. There is a 711 in the corner with the yellow atm outside.

Clean rooms, average location, good food, decent service. The pool was small and closed when we went. Okay to stay if traveling with friends but not a luxury stay for couples or families. No room service.
