シャワーもすぐお湯が出て水圧も問題なく。建物は古いですが、部屋はきれいで広くてとても快適でした。オーナーさんもとても親切で、また利用したいです。

2 gece konaklama olarak kaldığımız bu otel, fiyatına göre oldukça iyiydi. Yalnız internetteki haritada yerin güncellenmesi gerekiyor. Bulmakta epey zorlandık.

コンサート会場から近かったので利用しました。飛行機の遅れにより到着が深夜1時を過ぎてしまいましたが、オーナーさんや、マンションの警備の方が親切に対応してくださり助かりました。一泊のみで、翌日チェックアウト後コンサートに行きましたが、その間荷物を預かってくださったり、拾いづらいと聞いていた公演終了後のタクシーまでも面倒みてくださいました。コンサート会場からは徒歩圏内ですし、夜は近隣にたくさんのお店があり、とても楽しめました。コンビニや飲食店マッサージ店も徒歩圏内にあります。ただ、大きな犬がそこら中にいたのが怖かったのと、マンションの一角の臭いがとてもきつかったです。泊まった部屋は問題なかったです。値段の割には部屋は綺麗だと思います。あ、部屋にドライアーがなくて困りました。多分言えば貸してくれると思いますが… ゲストハウスですので、あまり海外に慣れていない人にはオススメできませんが…ただ泊まるだけ！って方や、みなさん親切ですので、現地の方々との交流を楽しみたい方には良いと思います。

其實靠近展覽館還蠻好找的，在抵達之前可以先連絡管家接待，房間寬敞明亮，近小吃市場和商店街，附近有多家便利店及一些餐廳，管家和善也會幫你叫計程車，價格真的便宜CP值很高。是短租或搭乘廉航待機停留一個不錯次的選擇。

We paid far too much for the room !! The going nightly rate was one third of what we paid .The area is a slum tower upon tower crammed into one area .At least 1 thousand people in each tower . The buildings are VERY old and run down !!

Being the first time to stay in an apartment where local Thai community lives, it was a wonderful stay;the Thai people who live in the apartment were so friendly. Being an Asian myself, I felt totally at home. Apart from the landlady in-charge of the guesthouse who was very helpful but could do better if she can understand and speak in better English, it wad a home away from home for me. Next time I go to Bangkok, I will stay away from hotels and stay in a similar guesthouse. At this rate very economical rate, who can resist?

สกปรกขนาดบนพื้นมีขนตรงนั้นร่วง ต้องพยายามเอาทิชชู่เช็ดหยิบไปทิ้งเอง แมลงสาบเดิน ตัวเล็กๆ ยุงบินว่อน สภาพตึกคือเก่ามาก เด็กวิ่งตรงทางเดินกระเทือนเข้าปลุก เหมือนพยายามทำห้องใหม่โดยไม่คำนึงโครงสร้างเดิม ผนังตียุงไป เสียงดังปึง เหมือนแค่เอาฝ้ามากั้นๆ มีน้ำให้สองขวดแม้จะอยู่ 3 คืน งงมาก การบริการเท่ากับศูนย์ เหมือนอยู่บ้านตัวเองงี้ ถอยรถเอง เรียกยาม ยามยังตะคอกใส่ว่า เรียกทำไม!!! ที่นี่ไม่ควรเปิดเป็นที่พัก ไม่ก็ควรบอกชัดๆไปเลยว่า ป็อปปูล่าร์คอนโด คนจะได้ดูรีวิวก่อนกดจอง จุดพีคสุดอยู่ตอนจะเช็คเอาท์ เพราะมีเรื่องด่วรต้องกลับคืนนั้นเลย โทรหาคนดูแลแล้ว เขาบอก โอเค เดี๋ยวลงมาเจอกัน นี่เลยรีบเก็บของ พอลงมาเจอ ไม่อยู่ โทรหาไม่รับ โทรหาอีกทีเข้าระบบฝากข้อความ ทังๆที่เอาเงินมัดจำกุญแจไปด้วย สรุป ที่นี่เอาห้องรายเดือนราคา 2-3 พัน มาเปิดเป็นห้องพักตีราคาคืนละ 700 กว่าบาท คิดว่าคุ้มมั้ย? เพราะทางนี้ถ้ารู้ว่าเป็น ป็อปปูล่าร์คอนโด และลงรูปจริง ก็คงไม่เสียตัง และจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่จองกับ Expedia ด้วย

Travellers should be aware that this place in not a hotel or guest house but a series of rooms in a rather tired condo which is in need of a good a good clean.It is just one apartment block among many. I counted about 12 blocks. It is suitable for back packers or those wanting really cheap accommodation close to Don Mueang Airport without the comforts of a hotel room. The room was reasonably clean and spacious but spartan.

It is first time i come to Bangkok and that guesthouse give the good service for my group even thoughbis being midnight. However, when we wake up in the morning we said check out of the room and go to another hotal , the manager cut the phone call and reject our request to call a taxi. it is very annoyed.Staff is not helpful. Thinking twice before you choose this guesthouse

Honestly had a good time here, it was kind of an adventure, but probably not what you would expect from the description. It's a room in a residential apartment, it's not a hotel, there will be no one to greet you and you will have to depend on your cabbie to find the place and on strangers to get you into the locked building. When I got into the building... by waiting for someone to open the door, I wandered around until a friendly neighbor helped me find the room. It was an unlocked apartment and there was no key... Friendly neighbors though! Also friendly restaurant around the corner, you will be the only farang in the area. I stayed here because it was close to the airport, but it's not as close as it seems on expedia. It was really cheap though! Not dirty or gross, just kinda weird and hard to find and get into.

The worst location. An apartment building. No tourists around I personally felt unsafe. I paid for the hotel and after checking in I checked out just an hour later and booked another hotel in an area better suited for non locals. Reception lady was super nice. But the whole thing is just a sketchy operation
