Despite the fact that the resort is only a few minutes' stroll from the beach, who cares if the 5-minute stroll passes along a half empty river, we did not let him down. In addition, you guys have done a fantastic job and you deserve a big thank you for everything. The personnel at the housekeeping firm clean the space every day and help us with your luggage. You can try the incredible pool, which has bubbles and is spotless. The receptionist at this fantastic resort, named Niai, was quite accommodating, which is about 5 minutes away from the beach. Every mail with inquiries was promptly replied. He also made reservations for transportation to and from the airport. Everyone was impressed with the dome resort's superb two-week stay. This place truly is like a sanctuary. This location is like a paradise. If you enjoy lounging on your veranda in the morning or evening, it is a recommendation to acquire some mosquito coils from the nearby 7-11 there for a small fee. The bathrooms were fantastic, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. The room was extremely clean, and we sat in the morning coffee and sundowners before going out for dinner. The shower was excellent.

Hotellin yhteydessä olevassa ravintolassa saimme koko loman parasta ruokaa. Yleensä emme kahta kertaa syö samassa paikassa, mutta nyt kävimme jopa kolmesti.

In December 2018, we stayed in a Garden View Bungalow for 8 nights. Excellent location! The ocean, markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops are all within a short stroll. The staff is helpful, and there is nothing to complain about the room cleanliness either. The pool is spotless, beautiful, and larger than it appears in the photos, but immediately the sunbed needs to be replaced for a new one! So, bear in mind that you must bring your pool towels. Bungalow WiFi is versatile and swift. Do not accept the outdated photographs of the rooms. At least the garden bungalows are dated and in need of renovation. The pools close by appear to be unoccupied. The dome resort is nonetheless quite affordable, making the price-quality ratio good compared to the new, more upscale hotels right next to it. There is a bit of street noise at night, but we thought it wasn't too loud.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel! The last two days of our trip we moved from another place to this place and the moment we arrived at the reception area, we were impressed! The receptionist nai was so excited and helpful, so pleasant to talk to, and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! He was so glad it cheered us up immediately! The normal checkout time is rp, but we arrived early and nai made sure we were checked in before 2. Maybe an hour passed and we were already checking in. We jumped in the pool during this time, which is really good! The garden here makes the hotel special, you can walk around and enjoy the scenery. The room was really bigger than most hotels, with a large bed, a flatscreen TV, and many channels, including paramount. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the bathroom was so clean and beautiful. And when we stepped in, the room smelled so good. Also, every room has a large balcony. Im absolutely impressed! All I can say is the best about this place. Thank you!.

I would absolutely suggest this location to anyone. When I arrived at dome resort with my buddy Ulrike, we were welcomed by a kind and helpful nai. He was quite helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay for us. The room overlooked a lovely garden, where we woke up every morning to the sounds of the birds and enjoyed coffee on our veranda! The room was lovely and clean and could be cleaned every day if you wanted it to, but we didn't have it cleaned every day. The housekeeping staff was great and made the room beautiful, clean, and fresh. Everyone at the dome resort was extremely kind and helpful. There is a lovely pool that is ideal for relaxing in and taking a sun bath on your lounges. Thank you nai and the team for a wonderful stay.

Lite enklare hotell med hyfsat nära stranden. Det mesta i serviceväg finns i närheten. Normalt väldigt tyst på natten. Inget direkt hålligång i närheten. Många restauranger i närområdet.

Nice beach hotel in Phuket. Bed was not my favourite ever, but I was looking for a bed walking distance to the beach, and this hotel fit the bill. Staff was AMAZING, staying on site until 1am when I landed late... even though the office closed at 6pm during the low season.

We stayed in February 2026. The room is not suitable for relaxation. The windows face two sides. On one side there is a noisy street. On the other side there is construction. The staff is polite.

Rien à voir avec les photos affichées sur site. Le client est trompé, la propreté laisse à désirer. Le jardin est mal entretenu. Que dire de la poussière dans la chambre. Ce n est pas un bon rapport qualité prix. J ai demandé le remboursement car nous avions payé d avance mais la centrale ne nous a pas répondu. Le côté positif c est sue l on est bien placé près de la plage et des commerces. Pas un bon rapport qualité prix.

+ Positivt *Bra område, nära till bargatan i Kata & 10 min gångväg till stranden, dock en äcklig väg dit längs med en avloppsbäck. *Lugnt trots det hyfsat centrala läget. *oftast ganska lugnt vid poolen. (var där i april) *Trevlig personal. *Mysig miljö med uteplatser på stor innergård. - Negativt *Hela badrummet fullt av myror när vi kom, dock fixade personalen det med någon spray så det var inget problem senare. *Bara 7 solstolar och 2 parasoll vid poolen. *Hela hotellet är väldigt slitet och gammalt. Känns inte vidare fräscht. *Fläckiga, gamla sängkläder. *Extremt obekväm säng som man kände fjädrarna genom. *Wi-fi fungerar dåligt om man inte står direkt under någon av switcharna. *Rummen är INTE myggtäta. *Dåligt fungerande AC.

Nous avons pris un bungalows pour 3 nuits. Mauvaise pioche : - pas d'eau chaude, on apprend le lendemain qu'il faut se doucher le jour car l'eau chauffe avec le soleil, on aurait aimé le savoir à notre arrivée. - nous avons réservés 2 lits séparés et les lits sont collés et nous devons partagés le drap. Le personnel a dit qu'il les séparerait le lendemain mais ils ne l'ont pas fait pourtant on est restés 3nuits. - si vous prenez une chambre, vous sortirez alors dans le jardin par un escalier trés dangereux qui se termine dans la piscine - le balcon des bungalows est inutilisable tant le mobilier de jardin est sale - les transat de la piscine sont également trés sales - les draps qu'on a eu sont tâchés. On a en demandé des propres et le personnel nous a dit qu'on avait qu'à changer d'hotel ! On etait choqués. On a refusé car on a déjà payé cet hotel et on n'a pas envie de predre du temps à en rechercher un autre. Le personnel de jour (femmes) et le veilleur de nuit (homme) sont impolis par leur attitude et leurs réponses. - le menage est mal fait : sol sale pres des murs. - les serviettes de toilettes sont bleus donc pas lavés à haute temperature et vu le lieu c'est pas rassurant - le mobilier est vétuste, l'éclairage archaique et inefficace. - il y a des tâches partout sur les murs, ce n'est vraiment pas entretenu. - le wi fi marche quelques minutes de temps en temps. On n'a pas pu en profiter autant qu'on le souhaitait. - Enfin le matelas est dur comme du bois.

Dette var et opphold der jeg var glad jeg kunne dra fort igjen. Ble godt tatt imot men rommet var slitt, mugg på badet og bassenget lå helt feil til i forhold til der rommene lå. Jeg valgte derfor ikke å bruke det. Hotellet ligger ellers til midt i smørøyet for restauranter, barer og massasjesteder. 10 minutters rusletur ned til stranda.
