I had a wonderful stay at the dusit Thani laguna, it was one of the best services ive ever received! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, especially my driver. Loved the breakfast menu, variety of food, from local to american, and cant forget the selections of tropical fruits. I underestimated the distance the hotel is from old phuket town or chilva market, but the hotel itself has beach access, so it was worth it.

Saya tidak bisa merekomendasikannya karena kondisi saat ini jauh dari standar bintang 5 di Dusit Thani. Area outdoornya lebih mirip tempat perkemahan tepi laut. Hotel membutuhkan renovasi eksterior. Sayangnya, jauh dari standar bintang 5 di Dusit Thani.

After eight years, it was my second trip to dusit Thani, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision once more! Mr. Lucca davanzati got in touch with me to begin the journey, and he made sure i would like my chosen accommodation. The hotel staff and reservations team did a fantastic job of making the experience enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful, the room was roomy and spotless, and the entire stay was unforgettable. The only thing i didnt like was that the merchant stands directly on the beach line blocking the sea view i had. Eight years ago, nothing like this existed.

Hotel ini secara keseluruhan tidak buruk. Mengapa secara umum karena sayap kanan sudah pulih 100%, sayap kiri hanya akan dikerjakan. Kamar baru di sebelah kanan memiliki kamar belakang dengan pemandangan yang sangat bagus, lebih dekat ke awal sayap terdapat pemandangan atap dan bau ikan (kafe di bawah jendela sangat bau). Sayap kiri lebih tua dengan pemandangan laut, pohon palem dan danau, panorama terbuka dan tidak ada bangunan di bawah jendela. Secara umum hotelnya bersih, makanannya 50 per 50 (tergantung jam operasional), kolam renangnya lumayan, laut bisa diakses dengan berjalan kaki. Di resepsi ada seorang pria Rusia, Ilya (seorang karyawan hotel) yang siap membantu kapan pun dengan cara apa pun yang dia bisa. Terima kasih khusus untuk itu. Apakah Anda akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi? Kemungkinan 90% ya. Apalagi setelah direnovasi total pada bulan Desember (akan direnovasi dalam dan eksternal).

Hotel ini adalah tempat paling indah untuk menikmati liburan santai. Tentu saja tidak semuanya sempurna di hotel ini, tetapi kami menikmati banyak keuntungan dari hotel ini setiap tahunnya. Anda harus berinvestasi di taman dan kursi berjemur, keduanya tidak lagi setara dengan hotel bintang 5.

I will return. The location of the excellence hotel in laguna, thailand. The food is amazing, they have 4 restaurants, so you can eat traditional thai food, italia style, bbq at the beach, or especial rune thai the Michelin restaurant with beautiful lake view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel yang indah ini sayangnya sudah menunjukkan tanda-tanda penurunan dana. Sekarang saya tidak akan menyebutnya lima penuh. Secara umum kesannya menyenangkan, ada pintu masuk air yang bagus, pantai yang bersih, ada kolam renang anak dengan satu perosotan kecil, ada kolam dewasa, taman bermain outdoor, kamar anak ber-AC, kelas master untuk anak-anak yang lebih besar dan area Laguna sendiri sejuk, beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari toko ternama dengan departemen anggur, pekan raya, toko, restoran.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, tepat di depan laut, kamar hotel tidak besar, tetapi secara keseluruhan gaya ini selaras dengan gaya resor. Sarapannya banyak, fasilitasnya lengkap dan secara keseluruhan hotelnya bagus. Hotel ini terasa agak diskriminatif terhadap tamu Cina. Selain itu, jika wastafel di kamar tersumbat, poin akan dikurangi.

Very beautiful hotel not too old like many others and very good location, i would say. Beautiful entrance with a beautiful view and the staff very polite. But as it is a 5 star hotel and considering the price they charge, standards should be higher. Our room was 2 hours late, they offered us some afternoon tea which is appreciated but we only wanted to enjoy the place and relax as we were only staying one night. While we were in the room and were naked as we were changed the staff walked in to ask for room service? I managed to hide just in time, but i think they should have stepped in and waited? The pool is very warm and feels like bathing in broth. We were not told about breakfast time, so when we returned to the hotel at 2 am after leaving we had to ask ourselves at reception. Overall it is nice and all the staff are polite, but for the price all the above should be improved. The sunsets on that side of the beach are amazing and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel has lovely villas with a rooftop pool. Excellent service. The staff was very helpful. The location is great. Right on the beach near some cute restaurants and bars, but still quiet and family friendly. We would return. A good place to go in thailand.

The location is in laguna, which is my favorite area of thailand. There are bushes and palm trees interacting with the white sandy beach. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the balcony overlooks the beach. The style is tropical, modern yet traditional. The terrace bar is great for sunset and cocktails.

Recommended! I had a wonderful two nights at dusit Thani laguna, kuala lumpur. The hotel is in a good location in the laguna area, a short distance from the beach, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was topnotch! The room is lovely, and the bed is comfortable! I will definitely return to this hotel in the future!.

I was here for a conference. The whole resort looks a bit dated. However, the rest was up to a fivestar resort. Especially the facilities, the pool and the restaurant are nice. I think this is the perfect resort for families with small children. I would consider visiting this resort next time with my daughter and my wife.

Hotel yang bagus. Kami tidak punya banyak pilihan saat memesan, kami terkejut: area hijau yang luas dengan teratai, pohon palem, dan pohon pinus. Bagi saya, kamar dengan pemandangan laguna bahkan lebih baik daripada kamar dengan pemandangan laut (setidaknya dari gedung resepsionis di sebelah kiri) karena jarak lautnya lebih jauh. Hotel yang sangat bagus.

Everything was fantastic. The pool bar in particular received a perfect 10 out of 10. I was given a piece of paper with all of their names, but it seems like i had forgotten it, and i must say that everyone working at the bar on the 13th of January 2024 was fantastic. Expect a lot of children if youre a couple or an adult party, but its great that the pool is mostly empty in the mornings and evenings. Overall, we had a great stay.

In the middle of october 2023, i only spent one night there. After a 15hour flight with two stops, we arrived late at night and were quite exhausted. Despite having paid for the stay in advance and providing two valid credit cards for preauthorization on site, the staff was fantastic, but they requested a substantial cash deposit (Thai baht) that we did not have. The pool was spotless and lovely. The only drawback was the ongoing construction at casuarina beach, which was a major cause of this degradation in only 1.5 seasons. The pool was spotless and lovely. The hotel managed to squeeze far too many sunbeds and umbrellas under the trees, which felt very crowded and not under trees. Make umbrellas permanent, where the sun has the potential to hit the ground, not beneath trees. Insufficient transparency regarding benefits and how they can be used for club rooms. The lounge is a very small indoor space, complemented by an outdoor balcony. The atmosphere is fantastic because of the employees, but it is not a club lounge in and of itself. 7 out of 10.

This resort is highly recommended. This is my wifes absolute favorite resort. Here, we got engaged and got married. A big thank you to k. Num, who guided us through everything and flawlessly organized the event through hard work and dedication.
