Loved our stay at the Eastin Grand. Very clean well maintained property right in the middle of the city. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Had a large spread of options to choose from. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Starting with the staff, everyone was exemplary! The amenities were so well kept there was not a single thing that could have been done differently. The breakfast though… NEXT LEVEL! There was something there for everyone. Real honey straight from the honeycomb was a real luxury touch. Multiple stations with freshly made food. I would absolutely stay there again in a heartbeat. Staying in an EastIn in Sathorn in a few days, curious to see how it compares

Clean and new hotel. Excellent location with direct access bridge from BTS and AirPort Express. Huge lap pool with nice view. Recommend to try the Mediterranean restaurant on 22/F - delicious and attentive staff. Breakfast offers wide range of food.

酒店位置方便有機鐵及BTS，房間大，很舒服，職員也很友善，兩個泳池都好靚，早餐很好味，很豐富，多選擇，食了三日早餐三日早餐都有驚喜，會轉換款式 洗頭水護髮素是二合一的，洗完頭很乾燥，建議自己去7–11買護髮素，房間內的風筒很大聲，但吹極都唔乾，枕頭不夠舒適（一個就太扁、兩個就太高），其他一般五星級酒店備品會比較完善

This hotel was beyond exceptional from the beautiful room and bathroom to the huge variety offered at breakfast. Not to mention the decor all over the hotel from lobby to restaurants to pools were stunning. Service was impeccable and quick! Although hotel food room service prices are always obviously higher than say outside on street, well worth the price for a late night mango sticky rice dish. Warm soft rice with ripe mangos! I would return here again and again!

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed from check-in. The room was spotless, modern, and had an incredible city view. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The location is perfect, within walking distance to main attractions. Will definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! The staff were amazing, the room was clean and quiet and the facilities were wonderful. The breakfast was top notch - we're missing it already! Do yourselves a favour, stay here when visiting Bangkok!

今回、デラックスルーム、ラウンジアクセス付きのプランにしました。到着日は前日満室との事で、チェックインは１4時からでした。案内された部屋は、コネクティングルームだったのですが、1泊目は隣は空室だったのか静かでしたが、2泊目の夜はドアノブをガチャガチャされたり、話声がうるさかったためホテルにアプリで(これは便利なツールでした)知らせました。すぐに部屋チェンジしてもらえて、助かりました。コネクティングルームの方が、若干広くて眺めも良かったのですが、静かさと安心感には変えられません。スタッフのみなさんもの親切でした。また、宿泊したいと思います。

The staff was incredible. We upgraded to the room with lounge access - the room itself was huge, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The buffet they have on the fifth floor is ridiculously good. If you’re rolling your eyes at eating at a hotel buffet, don’t it is incredible.

Room was spacious and clean, all staff were polite. Breakfast was great but we saw other guests using the serving spoon to smell the food, very close to their nose and mouth, and sneezed into the food. The staff also swept the floor constantly, not sure if the dirt from the floor is circulated up into the air. Would a vacuum cleaner is less dusty? Check in we had to wait 30mins for the room to be ready even thought we arrived at 4:30pm.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind. Its location is perfect for public transport, and I loved that there are so many great restaurants nearby. We stayed here for my wife's birthday and had a truly unforgettable time. We’d love to come back if we get the chance
