As you are to arrive Elly's Home on {{CheckInTime}}, we would like to welcome you and introduce our House policy as follows:

1. Kindly help us maintain best condition of the house by taking shoes off before entering the house. We provide hotel slippers for all of our guests upon your request if your feet are cold.
2. Strictly No smoking or vaping in the house please. To keep environment at best and prevent fire. Those who does the violation shall be fine of 4,000 baht.
3. Our house is very allergic to cats and dogs. Thus, No pets are allowed, please.
4. We have a main rubbish bin at the back of our house. We will come to collect and clear out the bin every Tuesday & Friday. It would be appreciate if you could help us throw the rubbish in the house to this main bin every once in a while.
5. For our long stay guests, we send the cleaner to clean the place once a week whilst the change of bedsheet, pillow cover, and towels shall be done once every two weeks. If you don't want to change your towel, please hang it in your bathroom. If you want to change the towel, simply put your towel in the cloth bin in your room.
6. To help us keep our bath and hand towel sanitary, please do not use these towels with your feet. Any serious stains derived from misconduct of use could cost the penalty fee.
7. For further guideline, please consult our printed 'Welcome Card' we hand to you with the keys.
