Where to start a review of our outstanding 10 night stay? The staff were brilliant. A stand out. Friendly, helpful and often went above and beyond to accommodate any request. Activities - the schedule offered something for everyone. We participated in learning how to make a wood-fired pizza from scratch, the Mixology class and the Thai cooking class. All were excellent. Yoga - We did yoga twice and whilst run by a friendly yogi, we found that the rooftop venue was perhaps not the best place to run it. There was not enough shade so practising under the hot sun (even at 8am) was not ideal. Perhaps a different venue or at least some sun umbrellas might be considered. Exhale Spa - I had two spa treatments and both were sensational. A pot of tea and two little biscuits at the end were a nice touch. In fact, there were often little goodwill gestures at the resort, whether tasting mini Thai pancakes or shot glasses of a cocktail on offer at the bar, the hospitality was next level. The facilities were incredible. Breakfast was amazing - offering a cheeky glass of champagne to start the day! One area for consideration would be to let guests know in advance that there is no option for à la carte dining on Thursday evenings when they have a Thai/Burmese themed dinner event. We were caught out by that. Overall, excellent.

We had the Deluxe Spa Pool Suite and it was very spacious and modern, the room was well equipped and luxurious. Great location, close to fisherman's village and short drive to Chaweng and Lamai. The pool was gorgeous and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was outstanding with loads of variety and plentiful enough to keep us satisfied until dinner.

This was the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Beyond the beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring numerous exotic plants and direct beach access, it was the staff that truly made the experience special. We have never encountered such friendly and attentive staff. Not only did they anticipate our every need, but we also shared plenty of laughs and saying goodbye at the end felt like parting ways with real friends. The hotel also offers a wide range of great classes, such as pizza-making class, yoga, aqua aerobics and many more. There is a gym and a spa on-site as well, so be sure to pack your workout gear (something we forgot to do)! We also really appreciated the complimentary daily shuttle service to and from the Fisherman's Village market. I can't even begin to describe the breakfast buffet: it had absolutely everything imaginable (a highlight being the fresh drinking coconuts). Our stay was a perfect 10/10. We would definitely come back!

Worth every penny. The view from the breakfast area is amazing and the food selection has something for everyone’s liking. The pool area is big and very clean. We also enjoyed the pool bar and the lovely people working there. You get refilled water bottles everyday which saved us many times from dehydration. Great working AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, but the toilet was strangely high up? Overall we’d definitely come back in the future!

The resort and accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price and the beautiful beach that resorts sits on. Additionally the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Especially the two bartenders at the pool side bar Minn and Ivan. Everyday they welcome us with smiles, offered amazing cocktails, and fun conversation. Other staff members that deserve 5 stars is the front desk lady that checked me in and Benz & JJ. Thank you to all of them for making our vacation that more special. We can't wait to return.

Helt fantastisk uge vi havde på vores rundrejse og dette hotel skuffede absolut ikke. Hotel velkomst, personale og faciliteter var helt i top, mens vi også bookede scooter igennem hotel og alt fungerede perfekt. Personale gav tips og tricks til oplevelser på øen samt kommende steder vi skulle. Morgenmad i topklasse, vi kan ikke sætte en finger på noget. Desuden var vi på hotellet under Songkran, hvor vi havde en kæmpe vandkamp på hele hotellet, samt med personale der skabte en fantastisk uge. Vi kommer absolut tilbage til dette hotel i fremtiden!
