Spacious and clean rooms. Just far away from the main road that it's quite but still close enough to walk everywhere. Property was well maintained and the pool was very nice. Staff wasn't the most welcoming but were always available to answer questions

Recently returned from a 7 night stay at the resort. The bungalow accomodation and pool were closed for refurbishment. We stayed in the main 'C' block with views over the pool and Rockface. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower not very warm unless turned down the water pressure. Pool area clean and tidy with large undercover area to sit at tables. No Restaurant or Breakfast available ? due to the refurbishments... but walking distance to many bars, restaurants and cafes. Jan (the manager) at reception is the kindest most helpful person you could wish for. She appears to work all day everyday and goes out of her way to ensure the needs of the guests are met. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain excellent standards. Room cleaned daily and bedding changed 3 x during the stay. Overall extremely happy with the Resort.

Séjour superbe avec un personnel aux petits soins. Un conseil louer les scouts auprès de l'hôtel pas plus cher que chez un loueur dans la grande rue. L'hôtel est Bien situé au calme dans une rue parallèle à la grande rue touristique.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top, das Personal etwas scheu aber sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und es gab sogar einen sehr preiswerten Wäscheservice (60B/Kg). Es gibt auf Nachfrage bei der Lobby Getränke und Essen für am Pool. Die ganze Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und der Flughafentransfer preislich gut und gut organisiert. Die Lage war grossartig (10 Min. Gehminuten zum Zentrumskern und wenige Minuten zu guten Restaurants). Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden sofort wieder bei Frank Ao Nang übernachten! :)

Loved our stay here! Although it was located a bit outside of the main area, it’s perfect if you want to relax and get away from the crowds. We took a shuttle downtown a couple of times and it worked great. The pool is awesome especially with the backdrop of the mountains :)
