This place has some great things to say, don't be concerned about the powerwater price. Theres a good price at 100 baht a day, but if you don't use the ac, it's practically nothing at all. When visiting pocket, I'll undoubtedly return. Was a wonderful host, answering dozens of questions before I arrived to make sure we both knew how much I would enjoy my stay there. Even in the midst of nursing his first child, who has just arrived, Ess, his main man, was very attentive. Congratulations ess. Being able to cook was a saving of several dollars. I ate frequently at the gym, and I had one of the best chicken cordon blues,mashed potatoes, and vegetables Ive ever had. The gym was sufficient for me to have a decent weight workout with the most spectacular view a gym has to offer, and the pool was a drenched place for cooling off afterwards. The cats are adorable. Theyll love you and purr you to sleep. I met a few toplevel friends from different regions of the globe who shared fascinating life stories. But I'm disappointed not to accept the offer from the friends next door who offered to prepare for me on my last day due to having a few tasks finished and without time. I wont suggest paying an extra fee for a better room because you wont get much more for the price. I have been pocket for many years and in my previous lodgings, I paid roughly half the price I am currently paying for electricity per month. I would also not advise paying extra money for a nicer room because that is not something you would get for that amount. Since the employees expect for a tired, old security guard, they were all very helpful and friendly during our stay. Electricity bill was the biggest problem I had with this location. They charge 3.97799.00 thb kwd plus 7 vat if you can directly pay your electricity directly to the governments electricity authority. In addition, the owner of this hotel charges 10.77.00 thb per kwd. It is not unusual for property owners in pocket to add a small extra charge to the electricity bill, from 4 to 7 thb before kwd. I particularly would not advise longterm slayers because your electricity bill will be excessive even with little air conditioning to computers, etc.

I like this place. It is near the central festival, tiger kingdom, escape hunt and night market in Kathy. It is a quiet place with nice staff. My drawback would be the lack of variety in breakfast with bacon and eggs four days in a row and it is difficult for taxi drivers to find. A few small spiders were also found in the room. The place is currently being renovated. ok for price, would recommend a short stay overall.
