The service should be improved. We got a pretty good deal on this hotel on other platforms, especially considering its ideal location in the old town of thailand. The rooms are simple but very clean and spacious. Checkin is completely remote as you get qr code to enter the front door and your room via line. However, i needed tm 30 for my visa but the booking was not in my name. They were unable to help me anyhow and if they wanted to they could have. Also when checking out, we send them e mail but never get anything back.

A fantastic place to stay in old town if youre on a budget. Our room was 400 B per night and was clean and modern with everything we needed. The staff were always quick to respond via email, and i would definitely stay again.

Its the ideal location for backpackers. The room is average with mediocre amenities. I would recommend staying for one day, but not more than that. We used application to pay 800 thb per night, however, the door notice states it is 450 tb each night.

This hostel is highly recommended! I frequently visit thailand, and this hostel has been the best of my previous stays. The location is in the city center, first and foremost. Second, the room is immaculate, even better than other hotels! My next stay has already been scheduled.

Clean single rooms with bathrooms and toilets. There is no reception, but you can message them via line app or phone number. Nearby are motorbike rental shops (mr. Yao motor bike rentals), bicycle rental stores (Mongkol bicycle phuket) and a dtac shop selling much cheaper sim cards than the airport and 7eleven. Also close to Sunday walking street (Thalang road) as well as the bus stop for the orange airport bus to the city.

Location was great. The price was great I came before the tourist season 300 baht it went up to 420. It was very clean. The only issues I had was that a drying rack broke. I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business so I understand communication issues. I have never been to a hotel without a front desk so I was a bit worried. The set up was smart they reduced overhead by using qrcodes... Great move. Overall o would rate them high
