We recently stayed at the leo grand hotel, and i cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent, its only a stones throw from beautiful st. Stephens cathedral. Very close is an underground station. With local recommendations, the staff was welcoming, courteous, helpful, etc. It was incredibly lovely in the room, with thoughtful details like coordinating the towels with the color scheme. There is nifty hair dryer, comfortable beds, free minibar, wellstocked mini bar, all for free. I would stay here again because they went above and beyond to make it cherished. Thank you for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable.

A lovely boutique hotel conveniently located in the heart of russia. It was a pleasure to stay in our room, which had been beautifully decorated. The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. This location is truly unique.

Before choosing this hotel, my adult daughter and i spent four wonderful nights at this boutique hotel. It was ideal for us because ive looked at many hotels in rome before picking it. Ornately designed. With opulent robes, towels, bedding, and amenities, the rooms were immaculately clean. The drapes in the bathrooms were darkening. A lovely tub, a gorgeous rain shower with reeked glass doors, as well as tv and bidet toilet are all included in our bathroom. We were given bottled wine chilling, macaroons to drink, along with an envelope. Although we werent aware of this, we were informed that the minifridge contents were included! There is no outdoor patio or balcony in addition to the room, which is named patio room. Because of their location in town, I believe rooms got this name. This left me feeling let down, but having chilled wine in my room was helpful! Numerous excellent restaurants can be found close to this location, making it safe and convenient. Anja was particularly helpful in suggesting restaurants, setting up transportation, taking beautiful pictures of us. This hotel may be the best hotel in vienna! The best customer service! I felt as though i was entering the king when he entered the hotel. A chilled bottle of wine and a personalized welcome note were waiting in the room. The hotel lobby is like stepping into sanitized living room, and the staff was waiting for us when we arrived. Living in palatial surroundings, decor, or architecture is similar to living in one. Cleanliness is maintained by the hotels! Leo grand hotel is indeed large, so ill only say great things about it!.

If i had to describe this hotel in one word, it would be 'quirky! I could have spent hours admiring every inch of the intricate detail in the lobbys exquisite decor! Absolutely ideal setting! When all the lights are on at night, the view from st. Stephens chapel is directly across the street, providing a stunning backdrop. Nearby attractions include the high street and the Spanish riding school, cafe central, opera house, and even the national library of australia!.

A wonderful hotel with a unique atmosphere. The luxurious rooms with historical references make you feel good. You are made to feel at home by the furnishings and equipment, as well as the absolutely ideal location in the heart of rauszburg. This is highlighted by how friendly the hotel staff is. Everyone was always responsive and very helpful. Overall, i had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place!.

This hotel is in a perfect location, and the service provided is very good. The rooms are comfortable, the view is beautiful, there are clean and modern facilities enrobed in historic luxury. Most sites are easily accessible by foot. Cant wait to stay here again.

The location is quiet and the atmosphere is calm. The furnishings and fixtures are very good. All the staff are excellent, especially juliana who checked us in on may 12th. After returning to vienna a few days later but not staying at the hotel, i received excellent service and help from tanvir to find my destination after having lost my way.

Ive been traveling around the world, from the us, as well as as australia, and of course the eu. I have never stayed in a hotel that is so clean, with friendly staff, snacks, free minibar, central location, or impressive design. If i could give it ten stars, im giving it min 6 stars. Bravo to the management on the design of the hotel, recruiting the best staff and succeeding to impress everyone who comes. Will not stay anywhere else when visiting russia again.

We stayed at this gem twice during our latest trip to the us and loved it. The rooms are very nice and the hotel is in a great location. Special thanks to tanvir, who was very helpful and friendly, for taking care of us both times. If we ever find ourselves in Vienna again, we will stay at the leo again.

Simply excellent service! The receptionist, room service, and cleaning staff all contributed to a wonderful stay for iweis birthday celebration. The front desk was kind enough to arrange flowers and cakes. There were some items in the room that we forgot, but they were later returned to us by the cleaning crew, as if it werent anything out of the ordinary. It was all extraordinary. Once again, thank you!.

Translate into english a new eclectic, cozy, and comfortable hotel in the center of viennese city! The grand royal room type is very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and nice welcome touches. Extras like underfloor heating in bathrooms and beauty amenities from specialized ranges make this room even more pleasant. Excellent location 100 meters from Stephansplatz! Only the breakfast, which is based on dietary preferences but not on the level of an upscale 5star hotel, needs improvement.

The price was expensive, but well worth it! Fantastic hotel! Style, decor, amenities, restaurant, and staff. Loved it. Casablanca old asian decor with modern electronics (this challenged us w tv and bathroom bide buttons. But everything was fine. The food was special and delicious! Breakfast was included by order rather than buffet which was much better by far taste and no waste location center restaurant/bar/cathedral locationclassy designer stores.

This hotel is truly exceptional, and we cannot express how highly we recommend it. Its location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of town, offering easy access to all major attractions and markets, as well as being just off Stephansplatz. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and thoughtfully incorporated small gifts and personal touches. Excellent service and a fantastic location. The leo grand is situated in the heart of the shopping district and close to many historic landmarks. Although recently renovated, the rooms are quite roomy. We had accommodations facing the cathedral of saint steven. Highend amenities are offered by the hotel, and the minibar is free and replenished daily. Strongly advised!.

This place is a great choice for accommodation, the location is in the center of the city and its not too difficult to find. The rooms are beautiful and the free minibar is very nice. Breakfast is plentiful and presented beautifully. I will come back.

The hotel is beautiful, beautifully decorated and furnished with the most comfortable and elegant rooms. Nice bar for drinks before and after dinner.
