Sødeste personale. Det var OVERFORVENTNINGERNE. Smukt og roligt sted. Vi boede her for 100kr pr nat hvilket var super billigt for sådan et sted!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at hacia. We were there for two weeks. The rooms are basic but very tidy, room cleaning is prompt. As there are only a few rooms the resort is quiet and relaxing. So nice to leave your room, straight onto a lounger. The pool is fantastic. Great lagoon design for kids. Balls and floaties provided. There is mini golf, petanque and badminton. The equipment is old but use able. There is a bar area but it is underutilised since the removal of coco splash. So disappointed this had been demolished. Otherwise highly recommend hacia for families. Good location in Lamai, away from the hustle of the main street but easy walking distance for little ones.

We were not sure about the hotel because of the reviews but when we got there we were more than happy. The rooms were ultra clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. The pool was not deep but it was great. There was a mini putt and a bocce ball space. The staff is very nice and the cleaning ladies dis a great job. Would go back anytime.

Lovely small resort with the rooms around the pool. Nice sun loungers and parasols make it comfortable to relax and pool a few steps from your room. Looks like it was once a water park but everthing no longer in use. Very pretty gardens all well maintained. Great place to stay if you like to chill out by the pool, there is also lots of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minute walk down the road towards the beach.

Nous sommes restés 7 nuits, très bon hôtel, réception très agréable. Ils demandent simplement une caution pour la clé (1000B ou passeport) rendu à la fin du séjour. Très bon petit resto juste à coté, emplacement parfait non loin des grands axes et du centre avec la plage. Piscine immense et très agréable, fidèle au photo. Je recommande totalement.

Super. Heerlijke oase van rust en sfeer midden in de drukte. Perfecte lokatie ten opzichte van strand en nachtmarkt en alle andere faciliteiten. Fijn om vanuit je kamer direct in de pool te kunnen gaan en voor de kinderen alerlei vermaak in en rond de pool. De waterpark stelt niet zo veel voor maar de pool van het resort is leuk zat voor de kids.

Rustig resort, mooi aangelegd. Niet echt Thais, maar wel relaxte sfeer. Locatie ligt dicht bij strand, en winkels. Hoewel er een restaurant is, wordt die nauwelijks gebruikt, dus niet echt gezellig. Wij haalden zelf spullen voor het ontbijt (op ieders eigen terras staat bistrosetje) en gingen buiten uit eten. Bedden zijn wat hard, maar massages worden volop aangeboden in de buurt :-). Voor ons is de keuze op deze accommodatie gevallen vanwege het aanbod van familiekamers. In praktijk betekent dat 2 kamers naast elkaar met een deur ertussen, ideaal met kinderen! Alle kamers liggen op de begane grond en grenzen aan het zwembad. Net buiten het park, via het restaurant bereik je het openbare waterpark met 2 (Thais aangelegde) glijbanen, zwembad en klein watervolleybal/polo zwembadje. In augustus, toen wij er waren, was het overal rustig. WiFi signaal is niet heel goed.

I wish I could give this place a better rating, but I certainly cant. Nights without value for money. I checked with the property a few days before my arrival if they had a fast and steady internet connection, and they said they did. What I actually received was room 12. 2 with between 1.66 mbps to maps! Yes, it looked quite good and yes, the staff was nice at first, but for the first 3 days, I was unable to work! After a sleepless night owing to a bad connection during the day, and after they moved me to another room, the cleaning staff sat on my porch and spoke extremely loudly! No, the internet in the new room 18 was faster but still inactive. Calls from work were broken in the middle which caused me to lose money. I spoke with the receptionist and he called the manager, who talked to me and said madam, this is an island as an excuse for the cheap internet provider that this resort uses, which is completely absurd given that I stayed in other resorts that I worked from, and my new room had a very bad smell coming from the shower. The only highlights I can think of are the gorgeous look of the pool, the friendly behaviour of the receptionist, and the dogs and cats that walk around. But these are not reasons to stay in a hotel. It is unquestionably not

Overall, it's a good value for money if anyone on a tight budget. My feelings about this motel are very mixed. Pros Excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes, etc. all with excellent reviews. The pool is always tidy and has a pleasant temperature, and it is enormous. The restrooms are nice and quite modern, it features a tennis court, mini golf, a bar area that is in water, tables, and chairs in waterproof. Cons The room requires an adequate cleaning, the rooms are quite dusty, and better bedding, and new towels. The pool towels are great. It would be preferable to have bottled water in the room rather than a jug. Personally, I would say that the place was new but looked extremely run-down. It has a lot of potential, just needs a thorough cleaning everywhere and a fresh coat of paint. The portable area has recently been vaccinated and has been used as a place to host frogs and bugs. The rooms require a thorough cleaning, new lamps because they appear old and worn. Additionally, new bedding. The room would then be ideal. For breakfast, it starts at 911, which is fine. But for the 2 hours, it would be better if there was someone to greet you and bring drinks where the seating area is. Also, there was someone who could take your breakfast order. As

The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfy, with air conditioning, which was crucial because the weather was extremely humid. The pool was big and had a shallow end, ideal for young swimmers or non-swimmers. The manager, ploy, picked us up from the airport and she was the most friendly and helpful person you could find. She made arrangements for excursions and scooter rentals at the most affordable prices possible.

Supernöjd med allt på hotellet förutom wi-fiet som ej fungerade på rummet. Annars var allt toppen, städtjejen var supertrevlig och duktig precis som killarna som städade runt poolen :)

prix qualité rien à dire,juste que le personnel un peu juste pour les renseignements ils sont toujours sur leurs portables et on dirait que l'on dérange,sauf Fa la femme de ménage qui n'arrete pas et qui vraiment formidable.Belle piscine ,elle devrait etre plus éclairé le soir.

Hotellissa tuntui olevan yksi henkilö joka hoitaa kaikki asiat. Ensimmäisenä iltana saavuttuamme hotellille, huoneesta puuttui pyyhkeet ja vessanpaperi. Saimme kuitenkin pyyhkeet pyydettyämme, mutta ne olivat likaiset allaspyhkeet. Huone perus siisti, mutta suihkussa on parantamisen varaa. Uima-allas näytti hieman likaiselta, mutta kyllä siellä joku silti polski. Kaikkiaan hotelli ok, mutta parantamisen varaa on myös runsaasti.
