The location is strategic, close to the city center and bangladesh. The beach is 100 meters away and has everything you need. There is a 7eleven on the 50 m. Restaurant in front of the hotel. Room needs renovation. In the end, we have good water pressure in 5 flore, which by the way dont have lifts for this price, but its okay if you dont need anything extra. Staff are always willing to help.

Forget the 5 star luxury just live the life. Great location near beach and so many good eats. Maybe a little rough around the edges but you could spend 2 weeks here for what you would pay for 2 nights elsewhere. When in phuket you are never in your room but to sleep,so its perfect.

싼 가격이라 기대하지 않았는데 깨끗하고 세면도구도 비누 뿐 아니라 샴푸에 헤어캡, 면봉까지 잘 구비되어 있어 놀랐습니다~ 계단이라 짐 들고 올라가긴 힘들지만 직원이 친절하고 1층에 귀중품 보관함과 당구까지 공짜로 칠 수 있어 재미있게 놀다왔습니다~ 수압이 세진 않아도 졸졸대지 않고 물도 너무 차갑지않아 좋았습니다~ 위치적으로도 뭐든 적당한 거리에 있어 이용하기 편합니다

This hotel was fantastic value for money! The staff are friendly, the room was modestly dressed with an authentic feel and a king size bed. Everything was very clean, water is provided everyday. Everything was in working condition including the jug in my room so I could have coffee and tea. A staff member at reception gave me an adapter as I couldn’t charge my phone. The location is superb! Close to everything, beach, bangla road, markets, shopping center. I stayed in early April and it was fantastic value for money if you are on a budget. I couldn’t fault this place. Would highly recommend!!

Had a great stay at the Seaside Mansion for 7 nights. The rooms are clean, staff is very accommodating, there is a scooter rental spot across the street, a great restaraunt as well, a family mart for any necessities, and close to shopping and 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet with free WiFi. The Aussie owner is on property and takes pride in ownership and service, great guy. Sports bar in the lobby area to keep you close to action.
