The rooms are clean, very close to the beach, 1 minute walk, and close to places to eat. The staff are good, polite and neat.

A very affordable buffet open until lunchtime with a friendly friendly staff speaking english. This is my first time here i was looking for a danish food, lol. This is a mix of thai and western. Many people in the uk and some americans also greeting us and hello. Such a cool place. Cash only no credit card.

There is a lot to say about this property, the first and most noticeable is the lack of an elevator, which is not a problem for the first or perhaps second floor, but my room was on the fourth floor, and the last flight stairs are a ball buster. Once inside the room, it is clean and comfortable, the bed was just fine, it looked like it was about to collapse because two of the legs were out of alignment, but it survived the night. My room had access to the outside with a balcony, which was a nice touch, but not as quiet as soi welcome is a busy street these days with many latenight bars and restaurants, so factor that into your stay. I cant complain because it is a price point property, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the internet is a bit weak. Breakfast is limited in the morning, but acceptable. If location and price are a factor factor, i will definitely return.

The sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking. The rooms are appropriate for the price. The personnel is outstanding, we checked in on the first day even before checkin, and the first line from the sea is fantastic.
