The rooms are cute, perfect for a date night out with friends. The room is not very big, but its suitable for the price. Anyone who likes to chill, i recommend this place. Cheap price, save a lot of money.

Hotel yang bagus. Tempat tidurnya sangat empuk dan nyaman. Banyak bantal. Sesuai dengan harganya. Satu-satunya downside adalah hanya ada tempat parkir mobil untuk beberapa mobil. Jika tempat parkir tidak cukup, Anda dapat parkir di depan jalan utama dan masuk gang. Berjalanlah sebentar ke hotel.

Suksesi kamarnya lebih dari hotel. Tidak ada seorang pun di resepsi yang memberi tahu kami, tetapi pembersihan dilakukan setiap hari dengan botol air yang disediakan. Isolasi harus ditinjau tetapi areanya cukup tenang. Tempat tidur bersih dan nyaman. Tapi jauh dari toko dan restoran, padahal semuanya maksimal 30 menit jalan kaki.

This was my first time in Chiang Mai. I read that many as long as you stay in the old town square you should be good to walk to most things. So I choose Home De Bear because it was in the square and it’s price was good. I paid about $30 and got 2 big beds. Maybe both kings. It had a half wall divided in between the 2 beds which was nice. I had my wife and 7 year old son and in law. So 4 people. Same price. Hard to find. Many charge extra for more than 2 or 3 guests. The hotel is decent. Excellent for the price. It gets the job done. The only disappointment was no in room safe. But it was ok. Just put documents and money in good location. Room was cleaned every day. Gave new towels and water every day. The shower was hot and had 2 different methods. Either rainfall or handheld shower. Had a big fridge and microwave that worked. My room was ready very early and was able to use by 10 AM. I also asked if I could check out late and they let me stay a few hours after check out time with any fee. The room was not luxurious, but I did not need that. It was excellent for the price. I would stay again. The internet worked well when it worked. They said they had some internet outing caused by the internet company. So when it did work, I was happy.

Great property inside the old city of Chiang Mai. Air conditioning works great and the beds were very comfortable. The large room with 4 total beds were great for our family of five. Would definitely stay here again.
