First time here. Wifi worked very well except for an outage that seemed outside of the hotels control. Air conditioning was also good. The staff is pure gold. They are all very friendly. This place itself is very old and needs some love. Expect basic accommodations and you wont be disappointed. I like a firm bed and this bed was very firm. That may not be for everyone.

Hello there, i just checked out from it, and its the best hotel ive ever stayed in pattaya. The staff is very friendly and made you feel like you are back at home. Finally, I would recommend to anyone who hasnt decided which hotel is great, here it is the greatest service and fair price for you to choose, warmly welcome everyone to stay at this hotel.

The place is very comfortable, spotless, and in a great location. The location is 3 minutes from the beach, very close to many bars, not noisy at all in the rooms. All the staff are very nice and helpful, all of them.

This hotel is old and doesnt even have an elevator. But its in a great location, 300 meters from the beach. My kids love the swimming pool. Its hard to find idylk swimming with old trees growing next to it like that, you can swim at 12.00 without fear of sun. A great option for low budgets.

This hotel needs a facelift because it is older. The location is excellent, but if you have savoring brisk street traffic, the front room can get crowded. Its advisable to use the pool, which is great for sunbathing. If you are traveling with Guests, there are no issues. Overall, its rated 2 or 3 stars.

The rooms are a little antiquated, as others have stated, especially the bathroom where the shower drains close to the toilet, so you will get wet feet if you go right after soaking. Apart from that, the rooms work fine. My bed was very hard the first night. I asked the staff for softer mattresses and they had one in my room within an hour. The pool area is nice but needs some extra furniture. Location is good, 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks away from central patayya chaos. Staff also hard at work updating things and are very friendly. Remember this is one of the cheapest hotels in central payYA and is incredibly affordable at $22 per night! I would stay again.

The hbp hotel pattaya beach is the best place to stay in patuayak city. The location is very good, the rooms are very nice with all facilities, and the swimming pool is excellent. Easy to get around town because it is located on the main road of beach. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Lobby and reception area very well very quiet. Budget hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The bed could be better. It was a little awkward with the toilet. But the pool was nice and the staff were friendly.
