Saya tidak dapat mengatakan apa pun tentang hotel ini kecuali mereka adalah orang-orang yang sangat baik dan perhatian, meskipun ada perbedaan bahasa, kami selalu berhasil memahaminya melalui telepon dengan penerjemah. Staf adalah orang-orang yang menyenangkan, tersenyum dan memperhatikan permintaan kami. Saya hanya memberi mereka poin bagus. Kolam renang di teras kamar tidur seperti yang kami minta sangat menyenangkan dan tidak lupa dengan layanan kamar yang sangat baik bagi saya. Saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini tanpa khawatir karena saya pribadi puas dengan pengalaman menginap saya di sana. Thailand bagi saya, seperti orang Thailand, adalah orang-orang yang sangat ramah, murah senyum dan sangat baik. Saya akan kembali ke sana segera setelah saya memiliki kesempatan, itu pasti. Hotel ini agak terpencil tetapi karena itu sangat sepi. Kamarnya rapi. Kolam renangnya sangat bagus. Sarapannya ok (stasiun telur). Staf sangat baik dan ramah. Ada antar-jemput gratis ke Kota Tua dua kali sehari dan aplikasi Bolt sangat direkomendasikan.

We stayed here for 6 days. The beds are very comfortable, the food and drinks take some time but its always worth it with a wide variety of food. There are 3 nice pools, one of them is a clean and calm. We stayed there all day, 10 minutes from town which is great so each trip on bolt will cost around 150 - 200 baht. The cleaning team wont touch anything that is not theirs. The beach is very dirty because some boats come to the area so dont think about going in. There is a trips and activities desk at the hotel, i highly recommend the prices they have / the quality of the trips is totally worth it. The old town is very fun, clean with lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, markets and spas. I am glad i booked this place and found this part of phuket. I will definitely come back again when i come to phuket.

Kami menginap di Hotel Tide di Phuket selama dua malam. Kamarnya luar biasa, luas dan besar dengan tempat tidur raksasa. Kamar ini memiliki kamar mandi luas dengan shower hujan besar. Mereka datang untuk membersihkan kamar dan merapikan tempat tidur setiap hari. Hotel ini memiliki kolam renang yang indah yang menghadap ke teluk kecil. Bagus untuk bersantai. Namun, ada kekacauan di restoran. Mereka lupa lebih dari setengah pesanan kami dan menurut saya stafnya juga tidak ramah.

Hotelnya sangat bagus! Interior dan eksteriornya sangat modern. Namun, kebersihan dan keramahan atau pelayanan tidak bisa dilebih-lebihkan. Saat kami check-in, masih ada lensa kontak bekas dan rambut di lantai samping tempat tidur. Jika ingin makan disana, harus merencanakan banyak waktu, harus menunggu setengah jam sampai minuman datang, kadang mejanya hilang. Pantainya tidak berfungsi sama sekali. Jika Anda mengiklankannya, setidaknya Anda harus menjaganya tetap bersih agar Anda bisa mandi di dalamnya.

Lokasinya sekitar 40 km dari bandara dan sekitar 10 km dari pusat kota Phuket. Sebenarnya peebchi memilih ketenangan pikiran, ini tidak menjadi masalah tetapi jika Anda ingin pindah, satu-satunya pilihan adalah taksi. Biaya terakhir di hotel sangat tinggi, dengan aplikasi Thailand Grab klasik, 10 kali lebih murah. Pelayanannya bagus tapi tidak setara dengan standar Thailand, mereka memaksa Anda menunggu karena menunggu kamar diperiksa oleh staf. Kamar yang tampaknya bagus memiliki bau yang memuakkan, yang sebagian kami batasi dengan membuka jendela. Akses langsung ke kolam renang dari kamar merupakan nilai tambah. We stayed at the tide hotel in kuala lumpur for 2 nights and had a great time. We had a very nice, spacious, clean and very quiet room. Beautiful swimming pool and lots of deck chairs to relax on, which is nice. The hotel restaurant is good and has a lot of options. We also really appreciated the kindness of the person, always helpful and available. I can recommend this hotel to you. A big plus is a free bus that you can take back into town. Thank you tide hotel for a wonderful stay.

I liked the location because it was quieter. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but they didnt speak much english. The hotel is okay, not very clean and i looked at the same dead bugs in my room from start to finish. The images of the hotel are over selling everything.
