My dorm was on the 3rd floor, accessible via stairs and the elevator. The dorm had 18 individual capsules that were like a cabins, with a lockable door. Kind of like a Japanese style capsule, felt very private. Inside the capsule are two pillows, two private lights, two USB ports, a shelf, a safety deposit box, two ventilation holes, a controllable fan and railing for clothes. The capsule was spacious and I was able to put a medium and a small trolley case inside. The mattress was fairly standard for a capsule, felt firm and I slept comfortably. There were separate bathrooms/toilets for boys and girls on the same floor. The boys had two toilets and two shower cubicles. Liquid soap was provided in the shower. The bathroom were clean throughout my stay. Location wise, the railway station is about 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel is in the centre of the tourist area. Its directly opposite Lee Garden Plaza where there's also a nightly market. There's also no shortage of massage places, spas, shops and eateries close by. Wifi is available throughout the hotel and works well. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay again. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, the location is hard to beat and the comfort was excellent.

The staff service is so good then other Hotel. everything was good room was clean customer service very good I'm happy staying I will come again. I also wish the next hotel coming near Kim young market Base from the staff say they have 1 more new hotel much more bigger is on the way hopefully the hotel and service , room must be the same service from icon hotel i wish to come back to Hatyai and suer will stay at icon hotel again. The best Hotel 👍👍👍👍

Fantastic shower. Nice bed. But sadly both I and the staff forgot that I paid deposit when check in which I didn't recieve when check out. I was in a hurry, so mostly my fault.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, berada tidak jauh dari Lee Garden Hotel yang berada di seberang jalan. Saya menginap di lantai 8 yang berisi 8 kamar tidur. Kamar mandinya digunakan bersama, namun terpisah untuk pria dan wanita. 1 Kamar tidur adalah 1 kamar tidur. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bersih dan bagus.

I adore this location, its cleanliness and its proximity made it very convenient. The only drawback is the slightly smaller space. However, a budget stay in the city is the finest i could have ever imagined.

New hotel in the heart of hatyai, close to a famous market, a department store, and local chinese food. They have a rooftop where you can chill and relax. I stay in a hostel with clean rooms and shared bathrooms.

Toiletnya digunakan bersama namun terpisah untuk pria dan wanita. Kamar tidurnya memiliki 1 tempat tidur dan 1 tempat tidur. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bersih dan udaranya sejuk.

Located in the desirable area of hat Yai opposite lee garden plaza. The same row as many massage parlors. This area is extremely crowded and busy. I give a very thorough review here. I stay in a capsule room because i travel alone. Each capsule room has a sliding door with a key lock and a small safe box inside the capsule where you can store your valuables. After closing the sliding door, there is a ventilation fan that can ventilate the air conditioning in your capsule room. However, the ventilation fan is very noisy i just slightly open the sliding door while sleeping. The capsules length and width are 239 cm x 117 cm. Long enough to store your luggage inside. The staff is not fluent in english but can communicate. Another person in charge is a thai woman who speaks chinese. The female floor where i stayed has 4 toilets, 4 shower rooms, and 2 sinks. Looks new and the lighting is bright. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. On request, a hairdryer is available at the lobby counter. You can wear their rubber slippers. The toilets look clean as i was the only one staying on the entire female floor. Cleaning every 2 days while i was there. Use the hotel elevator to go to the highest floor. Theres a very nice rooftop garden where you can chill at night. The price may not be cheap for a dorm room. You are paying for the prime location, easy to find transportation, and also the functional and privacy of the capsule room, which has better security compared to other hostel dorm rooms with just a curtain. Just that i hope they improve the entrance door because they currently lack an access card system and the main entrance door closes after 11 pm. But you can call the staff to open if you want to go out midnight or early morning.

Lee garden hotel is located nearby. Ive moved to level 4, where i have 8 bedrooms mixed. The toilet is shared, but it is separate for men and women. Theres 1 bedroom with 1 bed. Overall, its clean and cool.
