Ideo Phuket is a very nice hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and the beach. Comfortable, atmosphere, clean rooms, receptionist is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Im impressed. Thank you.

Return trip prior to heading home. This family is so welcoming and kind. Loved my second stay as much as the first time. There is an asian water monitor who lives in the waterway that runs past the accommodation and is impressive to see.

Great location for volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, quiet, clean, every facility I required plus Netflix was a bonus. Close to Nai Yang beach which is a lovely location for dinner right on the beach watching the sun go down. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would be very happy to stay here again

Hotel keluarga kecil dan ramah yang sangat saya rekomendasikan. Sambutan yang sangat hangat dengan anjing (anjing) yang sangat lucu, layanan penuh perhatian terbaik. Hanya sedikit kebisingan di pagi hari, tapi masih bagus. Sarapan berlimpah dan sangat enak, hotel keluarga kecil dan ramah yang saya rekomendasikan. Dekat dengan pantai dan restoran.

Loved everything. The family were so friendly and helpful,with a sense of gratitude that we chose to stay with them. It’s close proximity to the airport for onward flights was a real bonus and there was no noise pollution from said Airport.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, AC, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Besteck, Teller, Tassen, ectr. Frühstücksbuffet auch in Ordnung. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal, habe 2x meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Insgesamt war ich 7 Nächte da und habe nix zu meckern. Zum Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuss, zum ATM, Familymart auch. Zur Haltestelle vom Airportbus nach Phuket 5 Minuten zu laufen. Der Bus fährt jede Std., Fahrplan liegt im Zimmer aus, sollte man auf jeden Fall nutzen um für kleines Geld nach Phuket Altstadt zu kommen, da die Taxipreise auf Phuket sehr teuer sind!!! Jederzeit würde ich dort wieder buchen!

Room is big, it's actually attached with a tv area and a small pantry. Bed extra comfy. Toilet sufficient and new with a rain shower. Pool upstairs, superb. Negative, be prepared to walk 10 minutes in small lanes to get out to the main road where there are shops. Gets very dark. Very far from beach

Ideo Phuket was the best hotel stay of my entire trip to Thailand and me and my friends stayed at 4 different hotels! The employees were excellent! The owner was so informative, accommodating, far with pricing and just an all around great person. The owner's excellent customer service reflected on her staff since everyone and I mean everyone we encountered was respectful, helpful and accommodating and just nice people. Sadly, I can't say my experience at the other places were the same. The rooms were very clean! Sheets were white and beds were pretty comfortable. The floors, phones, desks and bathroom was cleaned by someone with OCD clearly, because I saw no dirt, anywhere! The hotel was very close to the airport and the airport transfer was excellent. Mr Vee the driver is great! There are food places right next to the beach literally a 5 minute walk from the hotel and an outside massage set up that was great! Food was excellent as well, we visited 3 food places while we stayed at Ideo, all were great! To sum it up I had a wonderful stay, would come back if I ever visited Thailand again and this hotel should be upgraded to 5 stars! Thank you so much Ideo Phuket hotel for being one of the few positive experiences I had in Thailand!!

We loved our stay at Ideo hotel. They arranged an airport transfer for us, so a gentleman was waiting at the airport for us when we arrived at 1:15 am, which was a relief after a long journey. Check in was easy, and breakfast the next day was delicious and definitely exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night here, but would absolutely go back. It’s close to a national park beach, and very close to the airport. Great intro to Thailand!

We were able to check in early which wasn't great. Staff were great and organised a taxi for us to Phuket bus station. Room wasn't nice, spacious, comfortable. Free water daily was a nice touch and the wifi in the rom was good. All in all no complaints and would stay again. Whenever getting a taxi from the airport we walked out of the airport and Turned left to the green and yellow taxi which are much cheaper

Despite being a low budget hotel, service was top notch and the warmth from both the male and female front desk attendee (night and day shift) was amazing. There was a cute (huge) dog in the compound, usually guarding the parking space. Amenities were simple but the appliances in the room were all good major brands which showed significant investment from the hotel. Room in general was clean, spacious and functional. Well worth the money spent! Good if you're coming into Phuket late and need a place near to stay for he first night.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight out of Phuket. For the price, we didn't expect much but we were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel and room were extremely clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; they printed out boarding passes for us, arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4:30 a.m. for our flight and called us in the morning when our taxi arrived. The location was perfect; it was less than ten minutes from the airport but also just a five minute walk from the beach and several great restaurants and bars. Overall, a really great value for the money.

There is a short cut directly to the beach - less than 5 mins walk. Local market is about 15 mins walk - not always there and need to check with reception. Lots of things to eat, relax (massages), pub and convenient store around. Very near airport and good for on time arrival - no traffic jam. Hotel can arrange taxi to send you to airport or pick you up. WiFi reliable. Room is spacious and some cable TV.

Very near airport - 10 mins drive even in bad traffic. Good for guarantee airport arrival on day of departure. Very near local market with good cheap food and clothings - 10 mins walk. Near Nai Yong Beach - 5 mins walk through a muddy path. Plenty of shops selling food, bars and massage centre along the beach. Room has in room safe, mini bar, kettle and micro wave oven. Staff very friendly and can book airport transfer on request (from airport 300THB, to airport 200THB - Nov 2016). Room is clean and looks new
