You cannot fault this amazing place. When you arrive at the pier there is a transfer waiting for you. When you arrive at the hotel you are greeted warmly and give not only a cold towel and a drink but also ice cream. You’re then given a QR code to scan and download the Hotel’s app, which allows you to find out anything you need to know about the hotel and to communicate easily with staff. Do you want room service? Are you at the beach and wanting a cocktail? Do you want to book into the spa? No problem - all done via the app. The hotel is currently small, around 16 villas (although some additional are being built). Rooms are beautiful and full of high end items such as the stereo, quality items in the minibar. Each room has its own pool and lounging area including the tree houses. You get bathrobes, slippers for inside, slippers for outside, umbrellas, sun hats. Breakfast is a real treat, a number of set menus to choose from, each huge and setting you up for the day. Food and drinks are also very good, the pad thai was a particular highlight, as well as the seared tuna. The beach is just stunning, with lots of beach beds, loungers and bean bags. The sea villas have their own loungers too so it’s never very crowded. There are also paddle boards, kayaks and snorkels available to use for no extra charge. It’s worth kayaking to the nearby island for some snorkelling. The spa is absolutely lovely and via the app you may find offers and discounts available.

01–30 September 2026: Kolam renang tepi pantai akan ditutup sementara untuk pemeliharaan terjadwal. Selama periode ini, kolam renang di area dalam tetap buka dan dapat digunakan oleh tamu.

Kami mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang mungkin timbul dan sangat menghargai pengertian Anda seiring kami melakukan peningkatan untuk memperbaiki fasilitas kami.
Seluruh fasilitas dan layanan akomodasi lainnya akan tetap beroperasi seperti biasa selama periode ini.
Tips Kedatangan/Keberangkatan:
Kedatangan: Jika Anda bepergian dengan pesawat ke Bandara Internasional Hat Yai, kami menyarankan waktu kedatangan di bandara pada pukul 08:30 agar dapat menggunakan layanan transfer darat ke dermaga Pakbara tepat waktu untuk naik speedboat terjadwal, dan memastikan Anda tiba di Koh Lipe pada hari yang sama.
Keberangkatan: Disarankan untuk memilih jadwal penerbangan dari Bandara Hat Yai mulai pukul 16:00 ke atas.

Lipe – Pakbara Pier: 09:30 / 11:30 / 13:30
Catatan: Jadwal speedboat pukul 09:30 akan diundur menjadi pukul 11:30 selama bulan Juni - Oktober.

Informasi Transfer:
• Transfer darat dari Bandara Hat Yai ke Dermaga Pakbara atau sebaliknya memakan waktu sekitar 1 jam 30 menit - 2 jam, tergantung kondisi lalu lintas. (biaya tambahan)
• Speedboat dari Dermaga Pakbara ke Koh Lipe atau sebaliknya memakan waktu sekitar 1 jam 30 menit - 2 jam, tergantung kondisi laut. (biaya tambahan)
• Akomodasi akan menyediakan layanan antar-jemput gratis dari terminal Lipe Pier, silakan cari perwakilan akomodasi dengan papan nama.

**Seluruh transportasi dikoordinasikan dengan perusahaan pihak ketiga.
Biaya Taman Nasional: Biaya masuk Taman Nasional sebesar THB 220 per orang wajib dibayarkan secara tunai di dermaga keberangkatan.
