Staf pelayanan yang buruk. Saya harus menunggu 45 menit untuk check out karena kedua karyawan keluar untuk membeli makanan. Padahal dari awal saya check in, saya sudah memberitahu bahwa saya akan check out besok antara jam 7- 8 pagi karena ada urusan lain yang harus saya jalani. Harus berangkat pagi-pagi. Kesimpulannya, semua pekerjaan hilang karena staf yang buruk.

Lokasinya tidak nyaman, saya memilih berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan terminal bus, tetapi ternyata biaya taksi masih sangat mahal dan tidak ada angkutan umum di dekatnya.
