The only thing that we could find that is on the negative side was the incredibly hard bars. Except from that, we were always met by smiling and very helpful staff. We read reviews that rooms would be clean but they are actually exceptionally clean!

This place is wonderful! Do yourself a favor and book here if you are looking for modern amenities and great service at an excellent price. The staff is AMAZING! They were so helpful, and one of the front desk staff even gave me a ride one night to the market and then came back out and picked me up later. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job. The place is spotless. I stayed here for 6 nights and highly recommend JS Residence! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a night before going to Oh Sami. The receptionists were really nice and friendly. My room was spacious and had a big bed with a decent firm mattress, I really had a great sleep and was comfortable. The whole hotel was spotless, my room had air conditioning, to, a mini fridge, and my own bathroom. The only thing I would have liked was a safe, but that wasn't an issue for one night. The location is good, a short easy stroll into town with the night market and boat trips. thank you, james scott.

The reception staff was so kind and helpful. They also helped to arrange a bike for 300 beats per 24 hours. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was excellent. Its a new and very clean property. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Fridge, kettle and refills. Ao hang beach is 15 minutes drive away and there is a shared drive nearby, 100 meters from the hotel. It costs about 60 bahts per person. The same transport method is also available on returning from beaches. If you get late on the beach at night, taxis are available for 500 beats oneway. There are a lot of restaurants a few meters away, as well as a 7-11 grocery store. I preferred eating on the bags, there are plenty of western menu options, and I had to try pizza.

I cheated on my own rule of always having your first night sorted. Mostly because I wasnt scheduled to arrive until Wednesday, but this encounter has nothing to do with this hotel. I went to the travel agency in the airport arrival area and said I needed a room for one night. She clearly took into account my sophisticated air or travel wearydishevelledinternationalnightflightsurvivingandconnectiona woman myagehasn't any rightto beclaimingbackpackerstatus air and suggested I pay bht 100. She made a few calls and after receiving my money sent me here. The hotel is just off the main road. I could hear traffic, but it did not keep me up. The room was surprisingly pleasant, extremely clean, and big enough for two, and the towel creations on the bed show they are trying. I was pleased because I had never done it. Its basic but ideal for a one night stop on the way to Phi because it is close to the ferry. There is a fridge in the room, but there is no safe or kettle. There is bottled water and the bed, big enough for several, was standard Thai rock hard. The receptionist didn't speak much English, but after my journey I'm not sure I did either. We spoke and smiled. There are food vendors and a 711 just a short walk away. As

The hotel was far away from shops and nice restaurants. Nice, clean room though with a balcony, AC and comfortable bed. We stayed two nights then moved closer to the centre of the town. Nice place but wouldn't go back again due to the location.

A nice hotel and very helpful staff. However its very far from all the beaches and becomes very irritating to travel back and forth to hotel and beaches.
