The only drawback of this hotel is that it is not close to a metro station. It's a long walk and not really that close to anything. The check-in process was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant breakfast was also very good. The room had an impressive view, but there was not enough tea and coffee. Room service was good and not too costly.

Great hotel, excellent service but unfortunately no wellness for the moment. But we enjoyed our stay and will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends in the future. We really appreciated the quality of the room.

It was a fantastic experience. We stayed here for a week and they help us arranging tours and did a good job of everything overall. The hotel is in great condition, the staff is all very friendly and very helpful. The restaurants are great and the meals are all really tasty. This is a well run and operated hotel. The pool was also beautiful, but it was a bit cold for swimming.

The only negative thing is the waiter for me when I check out. It takes a long time for their service to arrive because the room is very comfortable and good. Besides that, they have a good pool and a good breakfast.

The most memorable aspect is the amazing place, with comfortable rooms, excellent dining, and friendly service. The egg was also such a great addition to the huevos benedigtinos, it makes me happy during breakfast. Thank you again.
