Overall, this is an excellent deal and I wouldn't recommend it. The mane guesthouse is conveniently situated in the old town of Chiang Mai. Not crammed into many locations because it is located at the end of a street. There are plenty of places to walk to and from nearby. The nighttime security officer is an absolute ace and the rest of the staff are pleasant as well. I enjoy the large outdoor front space they have downstairs for a lovely sit-down while people watching. The downstairs offers complimentary tea and instant coffee, as well as a reasonably priced breakfast and beverages. A wonderful handmade pizzeria and a very friendly and helpful travel agent are also close by. They were basic in terms of rooms. Clean, with air conditioning and fan, and a decent bathroom with a window view. There was also a pool downstairs, which is always a nice addition.

This is a review of the cafe at Mane House. I came for breakfast. It was a reasonable 99 baht with eggs, 1 slice of bacon, ham and 2 slices of toast. There is free coffee or tea and orange juice. There is also free wifi. Friendly service. Good value for money.

I really liked this place. Very quiet and great location. Nice rooms with balconies. The pool was nice and clean. I can buy beer, soda, and water at the hotel very cheap. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportdrivers, tours. I would stay here again.

This guest house is located in the city center, a stone's throw from many sightseeing. The bedroom is clean and equipped with an air conditioner, but the bathroom is very basic. I personally have not appreciated the breakfast, as it is expensive for the quality of the service.

We were able to stay here for 5 days. They were the most clean place we had ever been. The manager was so sweet and made us feel at home. We loved the night guy, he was the best part.

Room door would not lock!!! Luckily the area is not very crowded Not enough parking and approach road is rough
