Kondisi hotel ini baik yang dilengkapi dengan suasananya yang membuat betah dan dilengkapi dengan lokasinya yang strategis. Namun, untuk pelayanannya mungkin dapat ditingkatkan kembali.

The jw Bangkok is the best hotel in terms of luxury and service. From the friendly welcome you receive at checkin to the daily service provided, they are the epitome of luxury and quality. It had been about six years since we last visited, and the amazing service they are known for is still going strong! As a bonvoy ambassador guest, we sincerely appreciate the early checkin and the upgrade to a room! Its convenient to be able to check into a luxurious room or hotel quickly after a long night of travel. Nok yong and pii at the front desk were extremely professional and welcoming. Their fantastic customer service was refreshing. As soon as we arrived, yothin greeted us. We appreciate him taking such good care of our luggage, and there was a lot of it. Naturally, i cant say enough good things about the staff in the executive lounge! We have been impressed by so many wonderful staff members, from their food and drinks to their excellent service! Tukta did an amazing job and took the time to learn the guests names. She is an allstar.

Fasilitas yang disediakan sangat bagus dan sempurna. Kebersihannya terjaga, tetapi ada nyamuk di dalam lift. Layanan masih sangat baik. Secara keseluruhan, lokasi sangat nyaman karena tepat di sebelah Nana Plaza. Sangat nyaman untuk menikmati camilan larut malam dan banyak lagi!

This hotel is nice. We had a bit of a problem, but i wont tell you what it is because of the amazing way they handled it. I would stay at this hotel again if i visited Bangkok again. But probably wont because ive experienced it now.

This place is stunning, the staff is amazing, and the service is great. The location is very close to the subway station. Everyone greets you with a smile. The executive lounge has a very good breakfast and great drinks. Everything was great, and i would definitely recommend it. The only thing we didnt like was the coffee in the lounge. The machine is one of those instant cappuccinolatte machines.

Senang rasanya ada beberapa keset di kamar mandi untuk mencegah tergelincir. Namun, saya khawatir tentang kebersihan linennya. Ada tungau debu di bantal atau selimut. Ada bekas gigitan. Selain itu, ada benda lengket di meja, jadi saya harus berhati-hati. Resepsionis, bar di lantai dua dan para portir memiliki senyum yang indah, ramah dan baik hati.

Excellent service despite Unanticipated challenges Our recent stay at the jw Marriott Bangkok was a bit difficult, but the exceptional service and care provided by the staff changed our experience. Our trip began with a delayed flight, which caused a slightly inconvenient checkin involving two separate rooms on different floors. However, the team graciously canceled one room, putting our family in a more suitable suite. Unfortunately, the suite that was initially assigned was a smoking room, which triggered my daughters asthma. However, the team quickly organized a room change the next night, demonstrating their attentiveness to guest needs. Unfortunately, during our stay, my wife fell ill with acute gastroenteritis. The staff acted quickly, contacting a doctor on call and providing essential support. Even when a couple of my kids were impacted, resulting in room cleanings, the team remained responsive, providing extra bedding and ensuring a clean environment. The most touching aspect of our stay was the teams thoughtful gestures on the remaining nights. Surprise deliveries of chocolates, fruits, and flowers, as well as personal calls to inquire about our wellbeing, truly exemplified their care and concern. In summary, the jw Marriott Bangkoks exceptional service and genuine care surpassed our challenges. Their commitment to guest comfort, proactive assistance, and thoughtful gestures turned a potentially challenging trip into a testament to their exceptional service. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to each and every member of staff who made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Your professionalism and hospitality are truly commendable.

Every time we visit bangkok, my husband and i always have a good time at the jw Marriott. A special thank you to your wonderful staff member who went out of their way to prepare a burger for me when i told her i wanted a burger from the executive lounge. I hope you will bring the burger back as a main snack. We did take her name down, but it must not have been saved. Her picture is attached. Thank you so much to her! Excellent customer service. Our stay was from february 25 to march 4.
