Kamala Beach D49 Exclusive Junior Suite

This apartment is located in a residential and resort complex building. We ask our guests to respect the room as if it were their own home and respect the place and the following guidelines:

There are no durian, mangosteen, or marijuana allowed in the house.

To give you a comfortable living space, please leave garbage and put garbage in the garbage collection box on the ground floor every day. Please clean your kitchen utensils and tray every day.

No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke at the balcony, the cigarette butts must be completely extinguished and ashes and throwing them in the trash can.

There is a coin laundry and clothing machine on the ground floor of the Paris Building.

Water, electricity is not included in the cost of accommodation. During the stay, the electricity cost is 6 per unit and the water is 25 baht per unit. We keep a record of the meter when we check in and out. To save energy, please turn off the lights and the air-conditioner when not in use.

Check-in/Checkout
Unless otherwise agreed, the guest shall be assumed that the check-in time is after 3 pm and the check-out time is before 11 am.

There are 2 set towel towel in the room.

Two bottles of water, shampoo, shampoo, shower gel, shower gel, paper towel, shower cap, cotton bud only upon check-in.

There is
a free car and open-air car in the basement.

The kitchen
is fully equipped and you can use it at any time. Ensure all amenities are tidy.

Unit Cleaning
Please note that the price includes a seven-day stay, once a week, once a week. The housekeeper will also clean your room before and after check out.

Paid cleaning is available during your stay, including changing bed linen and towels. The service fee is $1,200 per service. Must be made to make an appointment 24 hours before service. Please contact our guest manager if you wish to do so if you wish to do so.
