Conveniently located 1.5 km from the lomparaia catamaran pier. On the main road, but you cant hear the passing traffic noise. We had a spacious room on the first floor. Checkin was quick, the instant water heater in the room didnt work, however at my request it was quickly replaced with syphoning new one, thanks to the owners.

This is a fantastic location! I appreciate it! Bicycle tourists visit this area. If you can carry your bikes up the stairs, you may lock them at the bottom of the steps or put them in your room. The only issue i have is occasionally it is difficult to locate the personnel. It should be fine if you could call on your cell. Cool accommodations with amiable staff. And they clean the room every day based on requests. After 8 p. M., things are quiet, and there is plenty of shade to block out sunlight from entering the space.

A return visit to the kanlaya park hotel. The stay is comfortable and the checkin process is quick and simple, situated in a tranquil green garden. Sir, i appreciate the friendly and helpful front desk staffs efforts. In the room, there is bottled water and jugs, as well as water in the refrigerator. When leaving the property, it is 500 meters to your left from kandla. Kanlayan is an affordable option that is only ten minutes walk from mae beach, and im happy to stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the guy couldnt have been happier. But he wasnt rude at all. The room was cleaned very day and had clean towels. There is no bedding in the room. It has a good size fridge freezer, small kitchenette with 1 ring plug in cooker. 10 minutes walk 2 minutes by bike. Also the price is good ps 27. Cheaper going direct pp 19 to ppe 27

I heartily endorse this hotel if you visit koh samboi. Excellent relationship between price and quality, the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was spacious and immaculate.

The room was very spacious and spotless. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. We intended to stay for three nights, but because we enjoyed it so much, we decided to extend our stay by seven. Very kind personnel. If you decide to reserve a night here, please pet the adorable cat there!.

I would return. Excellent value for the money! And its only a 5minute stroll to the beach. There arent many places to eat breakfast, but there are plenty of nearby markets and cafes. We had remodeled oversized, tiny room with terras in it.

The rooms are spacious, with a kingsized bed, recessed desk, and air conditioning. Even though it is quite basic, everything is clean and wellmaintained for this price range. A small kitchenette in the back, an adequatesized washroom, as well as an electric shower heater, are all included. You can get whatever you need from the office. Small porch out front facing the parking lot. Quiet area with nice garden with clothes washer. The tv is crt and cannot be hooked up hdmi. Thai channels only. Some media are played by ubud stick, but there is no sound. Running hotel couple are friendly and helpful. Ive stayed here several times and will do so again when necessary. Situated ten minutes walk from soi 7 market. With many shops, you can find anything you require. 15 minute walk to the beach.

Despite this, both owners are friendly. Many equipment needs to be replaced, especially the mattress which is peeling both sides, the lack of a soap holder, and the musty smell in the room.

You can get your own apartment in a lovely residence for incredibly low costs. The location is the only thing that matters. To get anywhere, you must walk if you want to go anywhere because you are on the main road. Despite the fact that this service was not included, the receptionist was among the friendliest i have ever met and offered to drive us in his car to the ferry boat for free upon our departure.

The rooms are attractive and wellmaintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its only a 10minute walk to the beach. Some restaurants require navigating primarily by foot. A supermarket is only 10 minutes away. At the palm beach, there are excellent massages available. You might want to rent o scooters to explore the city center.
