Hotel yg sangat wajib dihuni saat di Bangkok. Hotel baru yg sangat bersih&luas, staff ramah&helpfull (mo membantu saya saat confirm pesanan breakfast di hotel lain), welcome drink. Breakfast enak. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, amenities lengkap:slippers,sabun&shampo, toothbrush&paste, showercap. Dikasih early check in, dekat hotel banyak yg jualan makanan... Terima kasih Kastel Hotel kami sekeluarga sangat menikmati pengalaman yg sangat berkesan menginap di Kastel Hotel❤️😘🥰

I recently stayed at the kastel bangkok and had a great time. The staff welcomed me with a refreshing welcome drink as soon as i checked in. The receptionist was friendly and took the time to explain everything, including that there is a 7 eleven just a minutes walk away! Very convenient! The service was honestly excellent. The guys in the lobby were always ready to open the door and helped with my bags both during checkin and checkout, which i really appreciated. The room itself was clean, neat, and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a smart tv so i could relax with some Netflix after a long day of exploring. The location is also strategic, close to food, shops, and public transport. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely give it a solid 10/10 and will definitely be back without a doubt.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dengan 7- Eleven di dekatnya, sehingga mudah untuk membeli camilan atau kebutuhan pokok kapan saja. Hotel itu sendiri bersih dan terawat dengan baik, dengan suasana yang tenang dan damai, sempurna untuk istirahat malam yang nyenyak. Sarapan prasmanan ditawarkan seharga 250 THB per orang, dengan berbagai pilihan. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini bagi siapa pun yang mencari tempat menginap yang bersih, tenang, dan terjangkau!

Overall, its a fantastic place to stay for a family trip or solo traveler. The room is quite large, and i adore how spacious the bed is. Everything is provided, and it is tidy and hygienic. Unfortunately, the view is blocked and the location is a little bit distant from the bts station.

The hotel boasts a high level of cleanliness, and the staff are exceptionally kind, ensuring a genuine touch on my stay. The atmosphere is truly delightful, and the breakfast provided is exceptional. However, there are some drawbacks to consider, such as the air conditioning being a bit noisy, and the limited parking options.

Don't believe everything you read ,this hotel is so out of the way from everything & very hard to find , the hotel cards are ridiculous as the writing on them is so small the taxi drivers were unable to read the tiny address right at the bottom . The breakfast is shocking with no variety at all . One breakfast girl is so rude & unhelpful ,I had to go to the front desk to get things resolved with her & the morning coffee was weak like water ALWAYS cold The other staff are helpful & pleasant. The room safe is not bolted in & not secure at all, we kept our valuables in our locked suitcase which was safer Our room was shown in the photos as having windows but the windows were frosted & we were unable to see through the glass at all & they were unable to be opened . It was like being in a prison , with no view out & no fresh air. We were moved the following day , after I complained .We left the hotel days early , as it was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend it at all
