The hotel is very clean, the owner is extremely kind, and we were well taken care of. This building is older and requires climbing and falling stairs without an elevator, but this difficulty is nothing compared to the affordable price. Our family of three stayed in a standard room. Three of us had no problems sleeping with two beds pushed together. The boss was very considerate and changed the mattress for us to sizing up. I also gratefully gave 200 dollars as recompense. It takes about ten minutes to walk to get to your hotel from the beach. A delicious coffee shop is located nearby. Try it out. There is also dingy food nearby as well. Although the proprietor is really enthusiastic and good at public relations, its average taste. Go ahead and eat at i recommend eating at the intersection, which is much better.

The location is close to the busy road but still able to sleep. And then, the room was not working properly, so he moved us to another room. After that, they provide beach towels for guests. Subsequently, samy is a good person.

The guest house was fantastic, and the host was exceptional! I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it, so if i ever return to phuket, ill definitely book it again.

The location is excellent! Excellent service! Friendly hosts! Clean and cozy! The hotels are wellmaintained and have a lovely mountain outlook. Hot tea, coffee, jams, butter, and balconies are always welcome! Roof observation deck with incredibly beautiful views! I advise everyone to visit this hotel! Kia and sem, thank you!.

This place makes you feel at home. The staff is really great and sam is the best. Everything is nearby, shops, restaurants, massages, beach. Great place to stay.

The location is excellent and the hosts are very kind, including sam and his wife. Kata beach is only 5 minutes away, while kata noi beach (18 minutes is our favorite). The accommodation is adequate in terms of comfort and wifi. It can get a little noisy at night. A decent place to stay for this price.

Kata beach is only a 5minute walk away from this fantastic location. Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, massage parlors, and convenience stores are all conveniently nearby. The staff is lovely, they are extremely helpful and kind. Although the room faces the street, it can be managed with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.

The hotel is very comfortable and nice. The staff is also very friendly. We really liked it here. Recommended. 1000 baht for a night. Its very cheap and not far from the beach.

This is a very pleasant place, run by friendly people. The staff is very friendly and the owner feels like he puts his soul into the hotel. Although it wasnt very large, the room was adequate for my needs and had en suite facilities such as sattr balcony. Shops and cafes are nearby, and it was also very nice to receive id give u christmas present on the 24th of december! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to kata beach.

The location is 3 minutes from kata beach. There are many cafes nearby to suit every taste and budget. Sam and company are wonderful people. Excellent choice with all amenities 3 mins from the beach in katra.

It was more like staying with a relative when you stayed at katabai d. The cleaning staff recognized us and chatted whenever they saw us, the host, sam, takes care of everything quietly, and everything went perfectly. You are checking in late? Thats fine, sim will be waiting for you at 1 am to check you in and let you know that there is watermelon in the lobby fridge before going to bed. Need to know where to get bug spray? Its alright, so he just rummage through his desk until i find some for me (then go buy some at the pharmacy by the beach, its not difficult haha). Need something printed? Sam will stop by epub with your files while errands. Sam and his staff truly went above and beyond, we had tamped in warmth among all the greenery on the enormous porch, eating fruit from the fridge, or watching pedestrians pass by.

We were welcomed warmly by boss samy, who gave us a tour of the hotels facilities and services, and also thoughtfully assisted us in scheduling i islands day trip. The room was reserved for the first night on the roadside, so passing cars would be commotion. Its interior, which is quite quiet, is its best feature. I believe that residing in tastier double beds is preferable. For showering, there is hot water available. To prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it is advised to prepare them yourself. When going out to sea, you can take free towels away. Very clean bathrooms are present. There is lone sitting area downstairs where guests can converse, as well as complimentary water and bread. Kata beach is not far away, but the airport bus station is easily accessible on foot from here, making it incredibly convenient.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to the beach and lots of excellent restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the owner, who was very helpful with booking day trips and giving recommendations for where to eat and what to see, etc. However, it seemed tad pricey considering how basic the rooms are in terms of furnishings. Also, security was lacking, as the front desk is open to road and staff recommend leaving room keys in an unlocked drawer there during trips to go swimming on the shore. But the proprietor has said that there have never been snaking, and there is i have spotted he area. Given that three sewage tanks across the street, the view in front of the hotel doesnt look particularly spectacular.

Awalnya booking hotel ini karena membaca review bagus tentang pemiliknya. Tak disangka semua yang dikatakan orang ternyata benar. Pemiliknya sangat ramah, baik dan banyak membantu kami. Hotelnya cukup besar, bersih dan nyaman. Mereka juga membantu kami menyewa sepeda motor. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Ill be back here the next time i visit kata! Very clean and refreshing, you can walk barefoot. Sam is very friendly! Nice! Relax! Its obvious that the boss loves life very much. Communication with Chinese people in simple english is no problem.
